  2. Allow Group Admins make a GET call for enterprise users

    Group Admins are able to use the webapp UI to add managed users to a group. The UI allows them to start typing a username or email address and will return any results that match. If a Group Admin wants to add a member to a group via the API, they need to know a user's user ID. However, GET calls to https://api.box.com/2.0/users?filter_term=email@domain.com by a Group Admin fail with a 403 error. The same call made by a Co-Admin succeeds.

    Thanks for your feedback. We’re currently working on improving some of the existing product notification emails in the short and medium term. We will take your feedback into account as we review our overall notification strategy.

    Not currently planned for our existing roadmap. We’ll reconsider when there’s more demand.

  6. Adding "auto_sync_email_aliases" as name of service when an SSO provider passes a new primary or secondary email.

    Currently admin reports show the events as taken by the user. This is very misleading to an admin reading the logs, especially when the enterprise disallows users to update their primary email.

  8. Expose Box Server Time for setting JWT exp claim within expected values

    Currently, there are a few different places that developers can use to sync the time of their requests which can lead to some confusion/issues with properly setting the exp claim when generating a JWT assertion.

    For example, pool.ntp.org offers up a time that's ~25 seconds ahead of epochconverter.com (where support currently suggests that folks sync their time from).

    Exposing the "current timestamp" somehow, or syncing up with a framework that allows users to be in sync with Box time will allow for fewer questions/issues with the JWT claims process.

  11. 'Remove Formatting' / 'Clear Formatting' Option

    Remove formatting entirely when a user first copy/paste something into Box Notes. Whenever I have to paste blocks of text into Notes, I first copy to a text editor, then select all and c/p from there.

    The other option is a button in the header for "remove formatting." Both would be nice but the copy/paste one is way more inconvenient.

    We recommend the ‘Paste and match style’ command found in most browsers and our new desktop app.

  13. iOS Preview SDK should provide listeners for events like the Content Preview UI kit.

    The events for the JS Content Preview UI kit can be found here, https://developer.box.com/docs/file-types-events. It would be beneficial to have similar events to have emitters within the iOS preview SDK.

  18. Add notification for users when changing a template, that existing workflows using the template will not be changed.

  19. Workflow overview shows versions at each step

    When I click on the documents at each step, it should show the version at that point in time, rather than the current version of the document on Box. It would help me understand what version was reviewed or what changes correspond to an edit step, rather than combing through version history and aligning the dates to the relay overview.

  20. Ability to add/ remove task owner after task is created

    Once task is created it is not possible to edit the task owner. The only way is to recreate the task.
