How to map or extract NetSuite Transaction Box Content Folder URL to get the Box Item ID for mapping the NetSuite Transaction to the Box Content files?

Working on same file simultaneously
Possibility in Box Drive - (and also in any other application (online, app,..))- to lock a file (e.g. Excel file) automatically as soon as one user is in the document.
Therefore, if the next user wants to open the same file while one user is already working on it, it gets immediately a message like "Read only". As soon as the user is out of the file, and no user has opened the file, whoever wants to open it, can open it without any warnings in editor mode.2 votes -
Checking last accessed date and user on folders
Adding a feature where you are able to see the last time a certain folder was accessed along with the name of the person who accessed it. Similar to how it's done with google drive. This will help companies strengthen their security over data shared on Box Drive as this will allow them to keep track of who's accessing the files/folders. Especially when it comes to collaborators and shared links, you will be able to keep track of who has accessed these folders and when.

"Inclusion/Exclusion Lists for File Downloads in Shield Access Policy"
interested in an inclusion/exclusion list FOR downloading files, as part of a Shield access policy.
Ex: If Owners/Co-Owners/Editors are OK to download they want control the file types they can download. I know you can control this by just creating a separate classification and policy but that could cause too many of them. Better to create an filetype inclusion list

Allow Folder Actions on "the folder of the file that triggered the flow"
When trying to build dynamic workflows, you currently can work with and get a handle on either:
- Folders can triggered the flow
- Files that triggered the flow
- Folders/Files created/copied from previous stages
There are workflows, however, where you have a trigger on the file(s) but you want to move that entire folder to progress the flow.
A "the folder of the file that triggered the flow" handle would be helpful in this scenario to allow you start a workflow, either through a file action or a manual start...assign tasks to that file and then be able to get a handle…

add an option to set a password when locking a file
functionality that allows users an option of setting a password when locking a file to stop other users editing would be very useful in our business.
ideally users would be able to set a time limit and select actions that can/cannot be performed when a file is password locked.
eg: file cannot be edited/downloaded/copied/deleted/etc..
option for password protection to be overwritten by system admin would be an essential.1 vote -
Have a largest textbox for messaging a task
When I create an approval task, I have to deal with some information and currently I am limited by the window message wich is to short.
So I prepare the text and copy/paste it but I have to adjust again because spaces disappeared.
So it might be kind to have a largest window for seizing the message.

Add Smart Access Security Control to cap external user permissions
Add the ability to cap external access. Example; restrict external users to Viewer/Uploader rights or below; or Viewer and below (e.g. Read Only).

Auto Refresh open files
Need the ability to have file opened via a Box Web folder auto refresh when changes are made to the file from other locations.

Mass Remove Favorites
- Bring up your Favorites
- Click on the triple dots
- Select 'Remove as a Favorite'
- Checkbox appears next to every Favorite
- After the items you want to remove are checked click a button to save your selection

Editing existing tag names
It would be helpful to edit an existing tag name, to make it more descriptive, and have that propagate to everything already tagged. For example, I would like to change a first-round tag of "Minutes" to something more descriptive, such as "Minutes Admin Meetings." Right now, I can simply create a new tag and retag all the appropriate items with the prior. HOWEVER, every time that begin to type the name of the new tag, the old not-used one will keep appearing.
If editing an existing name is too complicated, is there a way to delete an old unused tag…

I love the way in the Finder window you can click to view on the Box.com browser...it would be great if there was a way vice versa on the Box.com browser to open into the Finder window!

Rename our favourites
Rename Favourites
It would be useful if we could rename the way we can see our Favorites.
For example, we want to add in our favourites a folder named "Project XXXXXX, Area YYYYYY, Section ZZZZZ". But we are only working on this project, so we know this is for project XXXXXX, and we would like only to see "Section ZZZZZZ" in the left panel.
Another example: we want to favourite a document named "Tracker XXXXX" - but we have a lot of favourite trackers with very similar names and we would like to add a nuance (for example: Project ZZZZZZZ,…1 vote -

Timed logout out option with inactivity
Would like to elect to have a timed log out option. For example if you set 10minutes or 1hr of inactivity you would be automatically logged out like a banking website.

Recommend a new permission level that is the same access as "Viewer" but the "Viewer" to share at the same level
The sharing level of "Viewer" is beneficial to share approved documents through Duke Box. In our capacity the information in the approved document that is shared with the owner as "Viewer" should also be accessible to other individuals that the owner deems appropriate so these individuals know exactly want is approved, what is expected of them, and how to remain compliant.
