Change configuration shared links - expiration policy
Currently it is possible to configure an expiry policy for shared links for a period of up to 10 years, the logic in which this option is programmed is contradictory in itself.
Once this policy is implemented from the administration console, expecting that links can be removed/expired after a certain period of time in order to have more control and security over the shared content the end user can simply remove this setting (expiry policy) at the time they are creating their shared link.
The end user is practically overwriting the configuration at the environment admin level.

Request about 'People in your company' for shared links
There is a permission called "People in your company" for shared links.
When a link is set to "People in your company", it actually can be viewed by "People in your company" AND by "Invited people" there as well.
Some end users missed out the fact that those "invited people" would also be viewing it with the generated link.Please change the name of the item to "People in your company and Invited people only".

Change Box Drive Storage Location
I want to be able to move the storage location of Box Drive to something other than the C drive. The space is limiting. Most days accessing data from Box is not an issue but on days the internet goes down at the office or there is a power outage all work comes to a halt without access to files. I can't make all of my files available offline with Box Drive storing to the C drive. It would be nice to be able to have all of my files available in case of unforeseen circumstances. I don't want to show only "Everyone who knows the link" in the tenant settings. I only want to see "Company Users" and "Invited Users Only".
There are three types of shared links as follows
All users who know the link
Company users
Invited users onlyOf these three types, the current tenant settings are as follows
・Show all three types

Search API for Tags
The Box search endpoint should be able to query based on Tags.
The Web App is able to do this already:

Multiple markup, and Single comment, on annotation
If we only need to write a comment in one place after multiple markups for annotation, the work will go faster.
When annotating the same requirement in multiple places, the same annotation is currently marked up in multiple places and the same content is written multiple times.

When annotating by multiple people, one annotation disappears or a conflict problem occurs.

Admin console > Enterprise settings > Content & Sharing > Shared links > 'Link viewers can'When user select 'Preview, download, and edit the shared item' in 'Link viewers can', default value of shared link is 'Can view and download'.
When user select 'Preview the shared item only' in 'Link viewers can', default value of shared link is 'Can view only'.

ACCESS MULTIPLE WORKSPACES ON BOX DESKTOP DRIVE
Hi,
I run a small agency and more clients are asking me to work directly in their Box server. The problem is that I can't log into several different Box workspaces on the Desktop App (like you can in Slack for example). Please help! I may have to go back to Dropbox for this reason.

Managing Groups

For "Group Management", we would like to request the permission settings that meet the following requirements.
・Can freely create groups
・Can only manage groups created by themselves

Infinite scrolling setting
With the new UI, there is not settings option to disable Infinite scrolling.
We do not want infinite scrolling.
We would like to add a function/setting to limit the number of files and folders to be displayed per page and display files for each page.

I would like to have access to the recycle bin using the mobile app for iOS devices
Right now only the web page permits to access the recycle bin to delete permanently files and folders.

Please make shared links searchable to allow for quicker file access.
I am a photographer/image manager for an e-commerce company and many of our manufacturers provide their digital assets through shared Box links. However, there are thousands of images and folders to manually comb through to find the correct images for products.
Most manufacturers include part numbers product names in their image titles, so simply introducing a search feature in shared links would save hours of time finding the correct images!

annotate
When adding an annotation to a file, it would be nice to make it a once stop annotate and enable the person that i am @ mentioning to annotate the file and not require the owner to first extend the file through permissions, then go annotate. Annotation should be one process for sharing and extending annotation.

I want to display the same date and time as the original file when I preview the file.

Watermarking feature turns document to a PDF and loses all formatting
Currently the watermarking feature turns the selected document to a PDF, therefore losing all formatting from the original application. In excel the document loses all formatting features, including tabs, etc. Watermarking should not lose the formatting of the original document - and/or allow for watermarking feature to only be used when downloading and not in the view features.
