Grammarly in Box for Google
We'd like to be able to use Grammarly in the google docs, sheets, and slides that we store and access on Box. Currently, the Grammarly extension for Google Chrome (our typical browser) works fine on other sites, but not within Box.

We would like the option to change the time zone used in Box Shuttle job reports.
Box Shuttle is an excellent tool for migrating large amounts of data.However, the job reports always show timestamps in UTC, which means we need to manually convert them to our local time zone (e.g., JST) every time.
It would be very helpful if the timestamps in the reports—such as Creation Time, Source Last Modification Time, Target Last Modification Time, Last Access Time, Start Time, and Transfer Time—could be displayed based on the user’s default time zone and language settings.

Enable More than 2 Simultaneous Legal Hold Exports / Add Export Queue Management
Box currently limits legal hold exports to only two concurrent exports per account, which becomes a bottleneck when managing multiple cases, custodians, or data sets. There is no queueing mechanism or ability to start additional exports while the limit is reached—exports must be retried manually after completion. This slows down compliance workflows and creates operational friction for high-volume teams.

Direct transition from preview screen to server link embedded in file
When previewing PDF and Word files, it is not possible to navigate to server links embedded in the files.
If you want to navigate to server links, you need to download the files from Box and click the links, which is time-consuming.

Option to remove or hide the floating Box AI icon when viewing a note. I am trying to read this document, and it is distracting.
Please add an option to the edit bar to hide the floating Box AI icon when viewing a note. When reading a document, it can be distracting. An option to hide the Box AI icon will allow users to focus on deeper work.

List the file name that the pop up is confirming to be deleted
When the confirmation window pops up to ask "Are you sure you want to delete this item?" it would be really helpful for the filename to be listed there to ensure the correct file was selected.

A feature that suggests prompts related to search results
We want a feature that suggests prompts that make it easier to find search results based on the inputted words.
We are considering leveraging Box Hubs and AI to use as an FAQ for end users,
but there are many cases where it is difficult to input specific prompts when asking the AI questions.
As a result, even though we actually have enough materials to get the desired answers,
the AI returns a message saying "No related content found,"
which leads end users to mistakenly believe there are no materials available, preventing them from reaching the necessary answers.

Visible labels for radio buttons in signature documents
Currently radio buttons don't show what value is assigned to each button. Clearly, this is designed so that the buttons can be placed next to options in the source document, but it would be nice if there was an option to display those labels rather than hide them. (and yes, if you hover over a button long enough, it will show you the value, but this is not intuitive, takes a couple of seconds to show up, and is tiny font)

Change the method of designating approvers
I would like to see an Outcome created that allows the specified user to specify the approver of the approval flow before approval, instead of specifying the approver at the start of the flow.

I would like to be able to set dynamic values for comments in approval tasks/general tasks/notifications and arbitrarily set them at the time of assignment.
Example 1: In a workflow that is manually started and assigned an approval task, an arbitrary comment can be set at startup.

Secure email included in the Box platform for threaded emails
I'd like to request a feature for secure, threaded email within Box to streamline confidential communications and keep messages and files in one secure place. This would reduce reliance on external tools and improve compliance. Let me know if it's on the roadmap.

File Request Upload report
Within either the user activity report or a new report, be able to report explicitly on files uploaded via File Request links, the report should allow for a File Request ID to allow for a specific upload set, or File Requests created by specific Users (including an option for File Request links where the link states 'Prior User'
The report should have the link, time/date, filename, path and size.Another option would be nice for a report that shows all inactive File Requests over the past, 30, 60, 90, 180, 360 days (or specific date from today)

Have the ability to save a preset for organizing files (ie always default to alphabetical)
It would be great to have the ability to save your desired file organizing layout so that you don't have to constantly click "sort by alphabetical" everytime you go back and forth on different pages.
