Box Shield - Ability to "assign" alert to users
It would be beneficial to be able to assign a Shield Alert to a specific user / analyst / security team member, so they can review and analyze. This would simplify the process, and eliminate duplicate work as the security team do not work on the same alerts.

Let users use password managers
Hey Box frontend developers,
Your half-baked implementation of a password strength checker (e.g., zxcvbn or a custom regex), and then tying it to events like keyup, keydown, or input prevents users from using password managers. So now I'm using a really simple password that I can hand-type because you disallow pasting and (poorly) implement live re-validation.
Congrats, your site is now less secure.

Ability to create custom Classification Label Data Types
Have the ability to create a custom classification label data type, e.g. to recognise a particular number format such as xxxxx-xx-***-xxxxxxx-x
This would enable us to classify documents containing particular account numbers or staff id numbers that don't match the current pre-built data types.

Enable Bulk Import of User Activity Report Schedule Settings via CSV
In our company, we create dedicated folders for each project to manage personal information.
For each project folder, we export a User Activity Report related to file management and share it with the inspectors responsible for each project on site.
Since this task needs to be performed regularly, we use the schedule feature of the report.Because the "Affected Folders and Files," "Invite as Viewer," and "Repeat Every" differ for each project, we have to manually configure the Schedule Report settings one by one for each case.

Enhanced video player and shortcuts
In general, it would be great if Box could make improvements to its video player. We find that the video player is lower quality than other software that our team uses, and team members frequently reach out with concerns that the video quality is low given the resolution issues with Box's video player. Our team would like to be able to have a frame-by-frame preview in Box and quickly navigate between frames using shortcut keys.

Add Support for Python in Excel
I would like to be able to use Microsoft Excel's new Python integration while stored on Box. I have been told that Python in Excel can only be used on content stored in "secure container[s] on the Microsoft Cloud", such as OneDrive, Azure, Sharepoint, and other Microsoft proprietary resources.

Enable support for Python in Excel with Box co-authoring enabled
We would like to use the new Python in Excel feature while collaborating on Excel files stored in Box with co-authoring enabled. Currently, this combination is not supported, which limits our ability to leverage advanced data analysis and automation in collaborative environments.
Please consider enabling compatibility between Python in Excel and Box's co-authoring functionality. This would greatly enhance productivity and data-driven collaboration for teams using both Microsoft 365 and Box.

Add Annotation and Task details to User Activity Report
Currently the UAT does not include details about the actual text a user entered into a task or annotation (but does for comments). As the system allows those fields to be edited and/or deleted we must also now show those details so we know what was edited or deleted.

Managed and Un-Managed users 2FA Provisioning & Enforcement for all business packages
Regretfully, Basic Business package does not provision enforcement of 2FA for managed users and no 2FA at all for external collaborators. ,Security Feature availability \ enforcement of 2FA for Managed and Un-Managed users should be included in all business packages ... 2FA is a must have security feature for all users accessing firm's data.

selecting a date on a file request page for mobile
When I send a file request on Mobile page, it's difficult to select a correct date that I hope from a metadata template . I can not see the whole of the calender and it doesn't follow my touch action on the mobile screen.

Add a variable to assign a unique number when renaming a file with BoxRelay
I would like you to add a variable that allows the signed file to be given a numbered name when multiple people sign the same file by setting up a Relay triggered by Box Sign.

Bulk Change Collaborator Permissions
We have folders that collaborate hundreds of users. We have occasion to need to modify their permissions. It would be very useful if there was a way to modify the permission level of multiple users. Using the Web UI to modify a single user at a time is very inefficient.
Either via selecting multiple users at a time, or even better, if you were to "re-invite" a user to a folder and select a different collaboration permission.
This way you could use the invite dialog box to re-invite 100 users - and change their permissions all at once.2 votes -

Newer versions of iWork files are not currently searchable via AI in Box. Please make these files searchable in Box AI.

Video Watermarking preserved upon download
In the Video Watermarking feature, have the option for those with download/edit capability to retain the watermark. I.e. preserve the watermark when downloaded by content editors or co-owners.

Change default view in folders being shared
Box defaults to showing files via upload date, please allow the ability to select what the default view is, so that it can be set to file name (ie alphabetically).
When sharing links to folders with clients, files being shown via upload date looks messy and unprofessional and asking the client to change the view on their side isn't an option or a solution.

Select multiple trigger events in the BoxRelay workflow
I want to select multiple events as triggers in Box Relay workflows.
There is a request to build a workflow triggered by events when files are stored in a specific folder.
Events for when new files are stored in a folder include types such as "New Upload," "Move," and "Copy."
With the current specifications, only one event can be selected per workflow. To create such workflows, we need to be able to select multiple trigger events.■Japanese

Addition of palm rejection function

When using Box Sign, fingers or hands can touch the screen and cause unintended lines to be drawn.
This can be prevented by being careful not to touch the screen, but since we sometimes ask customers to sign documents,

Multiple metadata templates can be added to Hubs
Currently, only one metadata template can be added to the Hub search function, but we would like to set up multiple templates.
Customer use case:
The customer is using metadata on a business unit basis, and is designing metadata templates on a smaller scale than the Hub. (Example: Sales campaign management)
The customer is concerned that if they create a Hub for the sales department, they will only be able to search metadata related to sales campaigns, and there will be no opportunity to improve searchability using other metadata.

Update Metadata Through Relays
This is a function that is already available in the API, but it would be nice to be able to dynamically change metadata values on a template that has already been applied previously through Box Relays.
For example, if I have a document with a metadata field and value of 'Status: Inactive' and I run the document through a flow that has it approved via a task, I would like to be able to change the metadata to read 'Status: Active' as an outcome of the flow.

Show "Show Folder" button in banner when creating new folder.
If the amount of content is small, there is no need to search for it, but if the amount of content is large, it will take time to search for the newly created folder after creation, which is inefficient.
Therefore, I would like to request that this function be implemented so that I can transition to a new folder immediately after creating it.コンテンツ数が少なければ探す必要はないですが、コンテンツ数が多いと作成後に新しく作成したフォルダを探す時間が掛かってしまい非効率です。
