Folder copy rights for non-editor role
When a user wants to copy subfolders from folder A to B, he needs Editor role for folder A. This doesn‘t make sense e.g. when folder A shouldn‘t be changed by the user. Please enable copy function to lower roles Previewer/Uploader and Viewer.

Ability to Stream to TV via Airplay, etc.
Option to be able to live stream to a TV. I have many of my photos/videos saved on Box so I don't have to store them on my phone, but I can't stream them to a TV and the ability to do that would be nice.

Search function - update date of the property data held by the document as a search condition.
The current full-text search function searches for the date of uploading to Box,

Create a default Email Notifications message for all senders
The 'message' sent with a Sign document is very generic. I's like the ability to configure the standard message, then allow it to be edited before a Sign document is sent.

Request for improvement of mobile app features
I would like to request improvements to the following features of the mobile app:
1.Regarding the ‘biometric authentication’ when the security option ‘Require passcode’ is enabled, biometric authentication cannot be used on Android tablets equipped with facial recognition. I would like it to be modified so that it can be used.
2.Regarding the selection of passcode timeout time, there is an ‘immediate’ option on iOS, but not on Android. I would like it to be modified so that ‘immediate’ can be selected on Android as well.

Feedback Area in Mobile app and Web app
Should be interesting to have some area to send feedback in the mobile app and web app or maybe some link to redirect to this page. It was difficult for me, for me, to discover this page to send a simple feedback. It will turn easy for the users to send ideas and some issues

Download a List of Folders
An option to download a .csv (or other convertible file) of the text titles of folders within a main folder.
(I am requesting as I need to verify contents in several hundred folders, and cannot easily keep track of what folder has or needs content. But also because I know other would find this useful for their own purposes as well)

Ability to have an Access Rule that limits an anonymously shared link to an IP address range.
We have documents stored in Box that we have used the anonymous shared link option. The reason we need this link is to manage the number of Box licenses. We have a large number for folks that need to view or download these documents and do not need to update or edit them. So a license does not make sense for them. We do what to limit access to these links to the internal folks only. We have explored setup of Access Rule to limit, being anonymous link, the rule does not apply. We would like to add the ability…

Notification text update
Remove images from notifications and limit text size to no more than 12 point. Current images and excessively large text make previewing of notifications impossible.

Box Shuttle - Ability to View and Modify Queued Migrations order
It would be nice to be able to see what I've added to the queue, the ability to delete a queued migration or re-order it. It would also be great if you could note which can be ran simultaneously and which should be ran one after the other.

Turn off document update and refresh notification
When a document is uploaded, a semi-permanent notification box appears in Box, preventing me from opening another document or doing anything else in Box. My only options are to click the options in the notification or to use one of my browser's navigation options (back, refresh, etc.). The extra clicks really slows down my workflow when I am updating and working on multiple documents in one folder.
Please allow us to turn off these updated document notifications.

Copy/Create File Request via Salesforce API
I would like to be able to create a new file request URL via the Salesforce API. I can create a new folder associated to a new record, but I would like to be able to automatically create a File Request URL for the new folder that was created for the new record.

Bulk integration action for Dolby.io (or others)
The Dolby.io integration is what brought our team to Box. It's incredibly useful. However we work with large numbers of files and clicking each one to have it processed by Dolby is tedious and difficult to track. The option to select multiple items for Dolby processing would be very helpful. Or possibly allow a workflow integration.

Improve Sharing Sidebar UI
In the Sharing Sidebar, how about moving "Shared Link" and "File Request" to the top and then using all that sidebar real estate down the right side to allow a longer list of permissions to be seen without having to click into the Collaborators menu? Will make reviewing/managing permissions by folder more efficient. Alternatively, instead of "+10 People, + 2 Groups," why not describe that menu: "Full Collaborator List" or something like that.

Outbound collaboration report is now in line with other report formats but no option to schedule it?
I understand why the Outbound collaboration report was recently updated and is now in line with all other reports but since it now takes 30 minutes to complete instead of 30 seconds why not immediately offer the option to schedule it like all others?

Filed Emails To/From metadata in list view
Ability to see filed emails "From/To name" and "Sent/Received Date" in box web app list view.

Future tasking
Sometimes I drop a file on box and needed a reminder in the future to look at the file again. I wish that box had a function where I could task myself to look at a file or take an action on a file in the future.

Export and Import Admin Console Configuration via API
Provide the capability via API to export Admin Console configuration as JSON and also import as JSON so that its possible to automate the deployment of configuration changes.
