Shortcut for creating code block
It would be a great improvement to be able to create the code blocks while typing with keyboard shortcuts (or short-words). Quite standard across editors is for example the triple backtick (```).
I see it already works for numbered lists (you just need to type "1. ") or quote by typing "> ".1 vote -

Warn users that annotations will not be added to a Word document as comments
Since Annotations do not get added to Word documents as comments, a warning should be presented to users stating this to avoid any confusion by the user who may be expecting this to happen.

Ability to specify items that have been moved to the recycle bin when outputting the user activity report.
It seems that the specification is also intended to check the movement of items before and after they are moved to the recycle bin, but I would like you to be able to specify the items that have been moved to the recycle bin when outputting the report.

The version log on the right should make document type immediately evident
When version history is displayed on the right, no indication of version type (docx or pdf) is given, other than the file size, from which an inference might be made. I told my co-workers I'm a "version nazi"--that is, I'm against starting a new Box document when we've finalized a Word document as a PDF. I want them to stack the PDF version(s) right on the old versions so that ALL versions of a specific document--whether docx or pdf--are in the same Box document. Enterprise Branding
Our box Enterprise consists of a holding company and multiple organizations under the holding company. Having the ability to brand at multiple levels and have that brand be respected consistently.

Allow chain marks on shared links to be hidden

Reporting on use of metadata
Add the possibility to report on the use of metadata: the current report indicates if metadata has been modified or added, but not the name of the concerned metadata. So for the moment we don't know if a metadata is used or not (and if not used, we could delete it).

Display actual user name instead of "Previous Collaborators"
About the owner and last updater of files and folders on BOX. If you delete the owner's account, the owner will be displayed as "Previous Collaborators", but I would like you to leave the owner name without changing to this display. It is necessary to comply with the Japanese local electronic bookkeeping law. Please consider.

Home & End Keyboard Button Support
Hello,
The home & end buttons in box notes move the view to the beginning/end of the document, where the expectation precedent that other text editors have set is that the cursor moves to the beginning and end of the line.
If this is possible, it would be an amazing feature so that I can interoperate between my usual text editors (VS Code, IntelliJ, etc) and box notes without having to readjust my keyboarding habits.

The ability to configure a form to collect metadata in Box Sign (similar to File Request)
We would like to have a form to populate metadata values by Box Sign natively similar to File Request. This is for one of requirements for "searching contents" defined in the Japanese version of ISO 15489 record management.

Ability to lock file to prevent other users from editing a file
Lock and Unlock feature: The lock feature should be set so that when the Person A locks a file so that they can work on the file, it should prevent the others listed on the Share from being able to Unlock the file. It defeats the purpose of locking the file if someone else can just unlock it while Person A is still in the midst of editing a file.
