Able to store #page= with PDF files
When saving a pdf and then sharing a URL, can add parameters so that it opens at the right page.

Allow for obfuscated URL references
When sharing a URL there are situations where one would rather obfuscate the company name (instead of showing such). Perhaps either there can be a "substitute" name that would be known to Box but would not be determineable by a recipient.
This feature is key when supplying evidence and wanting to avoid be named as a witness. At the moment, our company name appears in the URL making us a target for deposition.

Remove multiple collaborators from folders
Box currently does not have a way to remove multiple collaborators at bulk.
Currently, admin needs to manually remove multiple users by opening the appropriate folder and removing users one at a time.Suggestion can also apply to removing collaborators from multiple folders.

Add a tab in the admin console to find all active betas
It's difficult to find the beta sign up link for betas in the admin console. They are not all in one place.
Please create a tab in the admin console to find all active betas a customer can sign up for. This will standardize beta enrollment and improve our experience.

Access Stats: Include IP information from report preview in report export
While previewing the Access Stats, IP information is shared. When we export the report, it doesn’t give that information anymore. We would like for the IP information from the Access Stats preview to be included in the exported report.

Box Drive: Change icons for syncing vs. synced files
I honestly think the best solution is to have a smaller icon when the file is synced, and have a larger icon when the file is syncing. You’re assuming the file is synced at all times, so no need for a giant icon to say “yes, it’s synced”.
However when the file is syncing is when there could be an actual issue, so you could make that icon large to say “hey, this file isn’t up to date here, give us a second.

Prevent users from knowing whether or not a valid Box account exists in signup flow
You should not let users know that an account exists due to security reasons. This gives away the identity of email addresses associated with Box accounts. Please update your account creation flow accordingly.

Perform full file and folder inventory for users that includes the folders/files which they can access
Requesting to perform full file and folder inventory for users that includes the folders/files they have access to, not just the ones they own. Include fields like – date modified, created date, and any other file attributes normally included in the file and folder report.
The File and Folder reporting mechanism but it’s lacking features to perform an inventory across hundreds of specific folders (in an environment where a lot of folders have the same name).
The content manager, only reports on files that users own and they don’t own files in our taxonomy. The initial view looks good as…

Send account creation emails without password language
We turn off "account creation" emails because of SSO.
Now when a user is added to the account, they are not going to receive any email letting them know the account is available for use.
It would be much better if we could simply remove the password reset language from the welcome message, but still send it.

Allow filtering by application name or service type within the reporting UI (ie: Box FTP Server).
Currently, I can filter in the reporting UI by clicking things like the user or file name from the reporting results. I used to be able to click on "Service: etc", but it didn't do anything.
Box has since removed the ability to click on this, but we would find it helpful to be able to filter these results within the reporting UI.

Rollback option when db crash
After creating folder or uploading files into box there will be chance of occuring backend database crash or lose connection between datasource . In this case we should roll back our transaction(like revert folder creation or file upload).
1 voteMany actions in both are idemptotent and can be safely retried. For those which are not, it is the responsibility of a client to implement transaction guarantees if required. There are common patterns for this such as the two-phase commit and SAGA pattern. If there is more information for a specific capability that is required to faciliate these, please add that to the comments.

Force Embed Video quality to 1080p
Videos hosted through embed widgets links start in "Auto" video quality as default.

Reporting for Former Employee(s)
I'd like to be able to run reports, like the failed login report, on former employee's deleted accounts. Once their account is deleted, they can no longer be searched so impossible to run a report on that group of individuals.

Allow Admin Deployment of Box Drive for Upgrades over Network
We use a deployment software and are able to use it successfully for all upgrades except Box Drive. This is due to the fact that there is a prompt for confirmation that the upgrade will cause loss connection and in a ticket was told there was no way to force it to continue.
What I'd like to see is a way for either through a deployment software, GPO, or PowerShell, be able to force upgrades at start-up. This would ensure that users are not yet accessing files that could be messed up.
