"Accept Invite" emails to folders should redirect you to login/account creation
Current scenario:
- Invited a non-Box user to a folder (in regular Chrome Window)
- Non-Box user went to their email and clicked on "Accept Invite" (Went on an - Incognito browser to complete the flow for the Non-Box User account)
- Non-Box User is sent to a "Box Collaborator Sign Up" page so that they can create a new Box account - (looks like this - https://app.box.com/s/5www70u7wuo4x3myb5w5yf91kdwi5c5g)
- After entering info, click "Submit"
- Immediately re-directed to your new Box account
- In your new Box account, you will see the pending invite to the folder you were invited to on the All Files…
3 votesThank you for this highlight!
This is a bit awkward, but not a high priority to fix given our team’s current priorities. We will reconsider with additional demand.

SignNow Integration
Would like granularity in providing permissions. Only allow permissions to a certain folder for integrations and not the whole root level folder.
0 votesThank you for your submission. However, this does not have enough demand in order to be prioritized.
We will reconsider with additional use cases.

Event Stream notification for Admin Console changes
We need to monitor security of our environment and want to be able to identify and flag, via the Event Stream, when any Admin Console setting is changed.
This is available via the UI in User Reports, but is not in the Event Stream.
This is especially important for enterprises who rely on SIEM tools like Splunk and QRadar to alert to unauthorized actions.

Trigger a Box error when insufficient permissions to open a file in Box Drive
Right now, if you attempt to open a file from your Box Drive that you do not have download permissions to, it will throw a local application error and not a Box error indicating a permission issue.
From the end user perspective, this would indicate there was something wrong with this file or Box Drive failed to open.

Copy and Paste formatting of bullets to e-mail
Formatting does not translate from Box Notes to e-mail well, especially with things like bulleted or numbered lists

CAPTCHA localization
When logging into Box via OAuth, a user may be presented with a CAPTCHA challenge. This CAPTCHA challenge is not localized, i.e., it may be presented in a language that does not match the Box customer's account language.
1 voteThis is not currently planned. We will reconsider this with additional demand.

Allow for multi language support of metadata keys
It would be helpful to allow for admins to input their own translations of metadata keys that match supported languages of other parts of the webapp that are already localized.

Box Sync not updating Icons on my documents folder redirect change
Box Sync works correctly if the my documents redirect is configured the first time. However if the folder is redirected to a different folder, and the files are not moved by the location tab under my documents but simply the location is updated, the my documents icon is not reset to a simple folder.
Steps to reproduce:
Create a pristine box sync (first setup).
Redirect your document folder to a folder below box sync.
(Up to this point everything is fine)
Stop box sync (quit from mini icon)
Open the location tab again and redirect the folder again, this time…0 votes -

Make the available space information from right-click "Properties" (Windows) or "Get Info" (OS X) on "Box" folder match the user's Box quota information

Restrict Box Drive files from being viewable/accessible from Windows command prompt
Box Drive files can actually be viewed and manipulated (to some extent) from Windows command prompt. We are concerned about the potential for malicious command line scripts that could be .run to steal information from our Box tenant
