Share files externally Box Drive
Allow the 'People with the link' option to be available directly in Box Drive when sharing files externally, so users don't need to switch to the Box Web App.

API to execute and export Box report or notification services to receive alarts when usage is approaching or exceeding the allocated limit.
We would like to better monitor and manage the number of chargeable API calls, but without relying on manual checks via the Insights dashboard or executing and reviewing the Platform Activity Report (PAR). Instead, we seek a more automated and efficient solution.
Specifically, we request that Box either:
Provide a public API to retrieve relevant usage reports, or
Enhance the existing reporting functionality to allow administrators or designated users to receive alerts when usage is approaching or exceeding the allocated limit.
This would help ensure appropriate and proactive API usage management.

Request for API Access to Collaboration and Folder/File Reports for Admin
Hi Box team,
Ref case #3373797 and our recent conversation, we want to retrieve all collaboration data via the API instead of manually generating reports from the Admin Console. We understand report generation currently requires a manual trigger and no API exists for this.
The two main reports we’re interested in are:
- Collaborations
- Folders & FilesIs there any way to access these reports via API now or planned soon? If not, could you suggest any alternative for programmatic access?

Request for UI improvement of Box AI for Hubs
Content: Currently, in Box AI for Hubs responses, sharing reference materials is displayed as a number, which requires a click each time and makes the display difficult to understand.
We would like to request improvements to make it easier to access reference materials, such as by changing the subject line instead of the number.件名：Box AI for HubsのUI改善要望

Use of scheduled execution with dynamic values such as file creation date

Adding Tags in Box Relay
Users should have the ability to apply tags based on dynamic workflow inputs through Box Relay.

Ability to change and update assignee on expired tasks
We would like to see an improvement so that it is possible to delete and update users from "Modify Task" even for expired tasks.
For expired tasks, pressing "Update" from "Change Task" will not respond, and the task cannot be edited.
It is inconvenient not to be able to edit or update tasks, as tasks cannot be marked as completed when unauthorized users are absent due to leaving the company or being transferred.
Also, although it is possible to update a task by extending its deadline, I would like to keep a history of when the task was created.

List of files detected as abnormal downloads
Content: Currently, Box Shield cannot output a list of files detected as abnormal downloads, so a report must be output and presented to the user for confirmation.
If there are a large number of detections, it is not practical to check them one by one.I would like to see a feature implemented that allows you to check a list of affected downloads if an abnormal download is detected.(日本語)

Expand number of folders displayed in folder hierarchy
Our team works in incredibly deep folder structures and would appreciate the opportunity to view all subfolders in the folder hierarchy to more easily navigate through our folder structure. For example, if someone shares a file with me and it's in the "trailers" folder, it's very difficult for me to tell which project this is associated with unless I navigate many levels up in the folder structure to see a folder with the project name. Python in Excel while stored on Box
I would like to be able to use Microsoft Excel's new implementation of Python.
I have been told that Python in Excel can only be used on content stored in "secure container[s] on the Microsoft Cloud", such as OneDrive, Azure, Sharepoint, and other Microsoft proprietary resources.
Can Box work with Microsoft to support this feature?

Box Relay auto-populates metadata text field with destination folder name
It would be useful to have a feature where when a file is uploaded, the destination folder name is automatically entered into the metadata text field.
Specifically, when uploading experimental data from an experiment called "A" to Box, if we upload a file to a folder named "A", we would like a system where "A" is automatically entered into the "Experiment content" field of the metadata.

Use file level metadata to generate a document using doc gen and relay
Currently we can use metadata applied to a folder to populate a document using relay and doc gen. It would be much more helpful to use metadata from a file to build the document. In our use of metadata, rarely will two documents in the same folder have the same metadata throughout the entire template.

When specifying the folder where an event occurs in a Box Relay workflow, search by folder ID or folder name
I want to search by folder ID when selecting a folder where events occur in the Box Relay workflow
This is because there may be folders with the same name.
When specifying folders in the user activity report, we can search by "folder name" or "folder ID".

Set Stamp Default Size & Date
We would like to be able to use Box Sign to stamp engineering documents instead of DocuSign which we currently use.
The engineering stamp size is regulated by the state and requires a date along with the stamp.
It would be nice to be able to set a default size for the stamp when creating it so it always stamps the same size and includes a date automatically.

Use Box AI by selecting multiple files from Hubs search results
Customers want to implement an experience in Hub that allows them to select files from search results and use Box AI, just like the search function on Box.
Customer Needs:
Currently, if Box AI for Hubs does not provide the correct answer, they would like to select files from keyword search results and use Box AI.

Files that failed to upload are displayed at the top.
On the file list screen that opens from the bottom when uploading, I want files that failed to be uploaded to be displayed at the top.
When uploading tens or hundreds of files, it is not possible to immediately determine which files actually failed.
You could find it by scrolling down, but the time and effort involved seems impractical.
Like this feature to be implemented to improve convenience.アップロード時の下部から開くファイル一覧画面で、アップロードに失敗したファイルは一番上に表示してほしいです。
数十～数百のファイルをアップロードする際に、実際にどのファイルが失敗したのか即時に判断ができないです。
