Rewind a folder
Dropbox had an incredibly useful feature called "rewind", where you could rewind the entire contents of a particular folder back to a certain point in time. This has saved our company on numerous occasions. Box should look into adding this feature since there isn't a way to preview different versions of a folder (only a file). Could save customers from huge headaches of losing files within a folder.

Please add a feature to include all recipients in the fully executed copy notification and to attached a fully executed copy in PDF. Currently it's confusing, since the signers and cc recipients gets directly a copy of the fully executed copy, but there's no way for the signers to determine who gets a fully executed copy, which adds to the confusion. This is very useful for viewing executed pdf from a mobile device (no need to signin to Box sign app which is cumbersome esp when SSO and MFA is enabled)
Citrix RightSignatture has this feature and it's really useful.

Syncing files and having them download to devices automatically
Create a setting in Box Drive so that files, once updated, automatically sync and download to all devices for use offline. Now, we have to designate each folder for "use offline." Why not have a setting that allows us to make that the default (so it functions like Box Sync)? As it now stands, I'd have to know in advance which files I might use on a flight, if I'm traveling with a different computer. That's a pain.

User logged in local value
Feature Request: A local value that can be read to determine if a user is logged into Box Drive.
This would be useful for launching custom workflows depending on if the user is logged in or not.

Expose workflow APIs to track progress of individual workflows
Today when querying for active workflows, the Box workflow API returns only workflow templates and not the actual workflow instances that each user initiates. As a relay user initiating a workflow based on a manual start trigger at the same time as other users I want to be able to query the workflow API to obtain information about a specific workflow instance, this feature will allow a user to get real time information on the status of each active workflow and not just the template. Notifications not sent when Viewer downloads watermarked file
Notifications do not get sent when a Viewer downloads a watermarked file.
I understand that the notification engine is getting replaced/upgraded, and I hope this gets fixed in the next generation.This function is important to Enterprise users trying to keep track of downloads by low-permissions users.

The BoxShield "Sign Request Restrictions" feature should be improved so that signature PDF and Log files can be generated.
In the BoxShield "Restrict BoxSign Requests" function, by selecting Access Policy > Security Control > Restrict External Collaboration > [Existing and New External Collaboration], signatures can be made, but no signature PDF or Log file is generated.
Please improve so that signature PDF and Log files can be generated normally when signing.＜Japanese＞
BoxShield「BoxSignリクエストの制限」機能にて、アクセスポリシー＞セキュリティコントロール＞外部コラボレーションの制限＞[既存および新規の外部コラボレーション]選択によって、署名はできるが署名PDF・Logファイルは生成されない。

Reminder to migrate files PSU Box when a faculty leaves PSU
I created and uploaded some vmware images to PSU Boxes. And I shared several links to files at PSU Box. When I leaved PSU, I forget to migrate my files to our file hosting platform. Therefore, all my files are deleted and lost.

Box Sign: Update request status to failed if the request email bounces back
It would be helpful if when a sign request is sent to an invalid email address that Box monitors for bounce backs from that email and updates the request appropriately. At the moment it just stays stuck in Pending which isn't ideal and doesnt give you much information.

Make future Terms of Service updates accessible to non-visual users/available on a.box
We have blind and low vision members of our Box team. They typically use a.box to conduct business with us. These team members lost access to files with the recent Terms of Service update (March 2023) and I'm told by those users that a.box did not offer any explanation, and the Terms of Service acceptance form was not available to them on the platform. They had to log in to the main Box.com platform to find that form, and it was not accessible for non-visual users there. Ability to moderate/pre-validate comments
Some files in Box have a very wide diffusion (All the company so about 1,5/2K people).
We would like to moderate the comments.
The function we want is a folder parameter stating that all comments on any file in this folder would be validated by the owner ou co-owner of the folder.1 vote -

View right holder to download the watermarked files from box drive.
that way, people with view right do not need to go box.com website and download each file.
+ it will be great if they could download including folder trees with watermarked files(Pdf, ppt, excel etc).

Allow co-admin to manage 2FA
Allow co-admins to "exempt" users from 2FA. Once 2FA is required by the company, only the primary admin can let users who delete their Authentication app, back into Box.
