Large file preview support
A 360 degree video is taken and processed for upload to Box with the ".360" extension
The files could potentially be very large (up to or sometimes more than 5 GB)

Pop Up/Alert for duplicate folder name
Customer is interested in a pop up or alert when users enter a duplicate name for a folder. This could be specific alert to just admins but some sort of notification to prevent duplicative folder names.

Specify where the preview starts.
We upload a video to the Box and previews be accessed through a shared link.
In this case, the preview starts at the beginning of the video (0 minutes and 0 seconds).We'd like to be able to specify where the preview starts (e.g., 5 minutes and 0 seconds).
We believe that being able to freely determine where to start the video preview will broaden the use of the video preview.
We hope this feature will be added as a new feature.

BOX Error when transferring files from Public to All other Folders
The error message when transferring files from Public to All Other Folders is a little misleading. I would argue here that the system is asking for more of a confirmation before proceeding as opposed to reporting an error. The fact that this says “error occurred” and shows up in red doesn’t do a good job of conveying that you can do this if you click the Details button … just a question of whether you know what you are doing or not.

Update the web app to support up to 1 TB of content, at least 10,000 folders.
The Box Web App doesn't support large folder structures. I can successfully upload a folder with >100 GB of content (files are no larger than 4 GB each), and I can share the link. But the web interface only supports download of folders with up to 10 GB of content, even though Box supports files up to 32 GB! To download the folder, the user must use Box Drive or other client, which isn't an option for users without a Box account on the…

Greater flexibility in titling files would be helpful - print options of bold, italics, use of "/"
It would be helpful to be able to use bold print and italics in titling files to make it easier for examiners to easily distinguish different types of files. The slash as a divider would also help.

Please improve how admins can build and share folders
As a new Box admin provisioning our environment I would love to see an improvement on how admins can create and assign access to folders. Simply creating an admin tab where the admin can view all folders in the environment and create, delete, and assign access to would be perfect.

Add more details in device trust logs
If device trust is checking for a setting (for example OS version), then the logs should show the actual version detected. This should be for every setting Box enables you to validate. It should also have more detail about the login attempt (hostname (not just IP address), OS, Box Drive vs Box web vs etc).
Further there should be a new event in the logs, DEVICETRUSTCHECKPASSED, with similar details so that we know the check happened and what values Box found when authorizing the device. Only having DEVICETRUSTCHECKFAILED provides no audit trail for showing…

Revoke access via OAuth/API
would like the ability to revoke Box Drive access via Oauth/API token similar to how Box Sync and Mobile works and would love to see this feature added tot he installed applications list on the admin console user screen

If Box can have a feature for contents from Box be easily migrate to our Company's Share Point site as archival items, that will be helpful.
The documents and photos for our existing stores are no longer needed to be shared with any outside vendors. We would like to migrate and archive those information within our company's share point site. Currently Box doesn't have that a feature for a easy migration. Instead, items will need to be downloaded as a zip file first. It takes time and the process is tedious. If Box can have a migrate feature that can allow the Admin to move Box content back to our desire Share Point site, that will be very helpful.. don't you all think?

Accessibility Issues in new version
The new app version has blocked the possibility to read in loud voice for blind people. with the two fingers gesture.
That is a very handfull accessibility tool. And it always worked, until now.

Upon folder upload via web or Drive, if any files fail due to file/path name limit, provide a list of those files
When a file path exceeds 255 characters, the file would in some circumstances (e.g on Windows), fail from upload. When an entire folder is moved, there is no way of knowing if or how many files may have failed to upload. This is due to OS limitation, but a Box notification or a report could at least allow a manual transfer or shortening the names of the impacted files.

Subtitle Format Expansion (SSA)
Right now the only supported subtitle formats are SRT (subrip), WebVTT, mov_text, and ccaption.
We have a large number of videos that utilize a widely utilized standard called Substation Alpha (SSA).
Please update the product for support of the SSA format.

Word Document preview blurry
Text in Word document previews is awfully blurry and splotchy.
