Add 'Only I Sign' Adobe Sign Feature
Add the 'Only I Sign' feature in Adobe Sign, where only they sign a document. Currently this only works if they download it from Box and then re-upload it into Adobe's workflow, but they want to keep all of their users working in Box only. They also have lots of documents that only need the signature of one person.

When emailing a BOX item to another user, many of our users like to also add themselves in the recipient list. Used to be that your own, personal email would populate within the drop-down, predictive list, and now it no longer seems to. More a quality of life change, but we've heard many times that users would like to see their own email populate in this list, again.

Link to searchable files on a website.
Want a public facing search function that can be deployed on websites with Box as the back end.
Use Case: I have several hundred newsletters in an archive in PDF format. I want a public facing link or window that the public can see without having to login into Box.
The Box embed widget gives me a window BUT is not a good user experience. They don't need to be dragging one cloud onto another or logging into box.
Box is great for storing and updating these files--but not for a public facing display.1 vote -

The support for large contents migration Snowball(AWS) type of migration should be supported by Box.
Snowball(AWS) type of migration should be supported by Box. Especially the customers who have tons of files/folders as TB/PB level has a hard time for content to move from Windows servers to Cloud systems like Box.

adding seats emails the Admin for approval.
We need an approval action for when a co-admin tries to add more seats. Or the ability to turn off that ability while still letting them edit users.

Preview Adobe Illustrator 2020 Files
Use Adobe Illustrator 2020 file preview to show quick view or preview in file browser on Box. Rather than this message "We’re sorry, the preview didn’t load. Please re-upload the file or contact Box support." Please? Pretty please?

Email Upload Confirmation Failure reason
For Email Uploading to a folder, it would be nice if the confirmation email received by the sender would specify the reason for it failing so a ticket doesn't to be submitted to support for answer to that.

Box new account
Here is an idea to make Box new accounts on-boarding more user friendly.
My account team was not clear on any ETA when to expect the account to become active.
Not a single email was sent what to expect and at what time. After 2 weeks the purchased licenses were assigned to another account. After that I was told to submit a ticket to support to resolve the problem created during the initial provisioning of the account.
I have to say that's not the level of customer service I was expecting from Box.com1 vote -
Better functionality for viewing photo libraries
We have folders of photos - Box is not great either in browser or in Box Drive to review this. In Box Drive, i guess it struggles to cache all the thumbnails fast enough so it is effectively unusable

A way to obtain reporting on how long a file was previewed for in order to gain insights on interactions.
A way to obtain reporting on how long a file was previewed for? Within the admin consol, I can see reporting for specific events (i.e. Preview, Downloaded, Created, etc...); Optionality to see how long a file was previewed for once it was opened can provide insights into the interactions with files/folders.

Every day I tried download few files with zip compression (by default) and always zip archive has problem and I can't unzip files from it. Please check this function of your service

Ability to differentiate who can change file level classifications vs folder level
Ability to differentiate who can change file level classifications vs folder level (ie, admins can set classifications at the folder level, managed users can change it at the file level)

Provide admin visibility into managed user's Box Drive instance and their problems/notifications
would like to see Managed User's Box Drive and their problem items/notifications when syncing files between the web browser to help managed user's address issues they see at hand.

Enable passphrases instead of only complex passwords
We enabled the Box strong password policy for 3rd parties; however, it does not permit passphrases. In the CASB pilot, when I accepted an invite to collaborate on my personal Box account, Diageo Box required me to change my 15 character passphrase to a complex password. That will be a problem for any 3rd parties using passphrases. Therefore we should turn that policy OFF.

Current Edge(not Chromium based) is not able to upload hidden files and shortcuts by using the Upload Folders feature due to browser limitation.Enterprises who have a policy to only allow the usage of the legacy version of Microsoft Edge. Therefore, cannot back up hidden files to Box

Clarify language on daily digest email setting
The 'send daily digest activity emails to the admin' setting sends these emails to BOTH the primary admin and the co-admins of the enterprise. The wording on the tooltip of this feature should be updated to reflect this. It currently contains singular language, which is misleading as the email is sent to multiple people.
