Re-add 'Print' option to Shared File / Folder pages
The legacy Shared File/Folder page had a native 'print' button on it. However, this Print option was removed on the new version of those pages.

External link white-labeling
Due to the sensitivity of our work (along with many other firms) we cannot externally share sensitive documents from our Box instance that includes our brand assets (logo).
To address this issue, we generally open free accounts, where they can share private files that do not include their logo.
Please allow for the customization of these links.

Watermark to follow document into O365 editing mode
We need all content to be watermarked, during pre-release, even for Editors. We would like the watermark to follow the document in O365 and any other editing software.

Option for videos to auto-play when visiting via shared link
Admin would like videos to automatically play when opened via link from an email he sends.

Ability to opt-out or disable presence for a user or enterprise
Admin would like the ability to remove presence for her account as she doesn't want her activity recorded for other users to see.

Admin report or interface showing exactly where in a given file the Upload Policy was violated.
We are leveraging the Policies engine to create Upload Policies to detect and prevent PII from being uploaded into Box. When the upload policy exception is triggered, we would like to see a report or somewhere on the screen exactly where in the document the file violated the policy.
Ideally, by knowing what exactly triggered the policy, we would then use the 'Mark as False Positive' feature in the Content Manager Quarantine location to improve the Policy Engine's accuracy accordingly.

Include link to folder/file shared in admin email notification for sharing policies
Currently, the email notification for a sharing policy only shows who sent the collaboration invite and to whom rather than showing the content that was shared. This requires an admin to pull a collaboration report each time to verify what was shared.

While the request here is clear, this is not planned on our roadmap. The workaround would be to alert a set of admins on the account and have them deactivate or make the user inactive.

Notify all collaborators who are affected by automatically disabled shared link
When shared links are expired, only the item owner is notified. "affected users" only include folder owner

Box for Drones
We would like to use drones to monitor our warehouse yards and put that security video in Box. Please also machine learning to make the video searchable.

Drag and drop into subfolders
This functionality was available in the old UI but not in the new UI. It is causing a lot of extra work for our admins.
They now have to click down directly into subfolders before they can drag and drop to upload the files in the correct folder.

Allow admin exceptions to enterprise settings that restricts external link creation
We deal with sensitive financial information and would like the highest level of restriction.
However, we'd like to add an admin exception to restrictive settings.
For example, we'd like to have a zip file for a program that is accessible via open shared link owned by the admin account.

API to managed IP whitelists for web and API traffic to Box
As an admin, I can neither view or manage the IPs I've chosen to whitelist.

Just in time User Provisioning / Licensing
The current way of licensing is old school. Instead, you could leverage Okta's just-in-time provisioning: https://help.okta.com/en/prev/Content/Topics/Security/Security_Authentication.htm?cshid=Security_Authentication_JIT#Security_Authentication_JIT
Then (with SSO required & on the fly), Box grants everyone in an org an acct after logging in thru SSO, they're auto-provisioned a Box instance, and a license is registered/"billed" to company.

Ability to upload hundreds or thousands large files at once
Since this is understandable behaviour, it would be great if the app could tell the user to limit the amount of documents.

Provide event trigger for renaming a file for webhooks.
Create a script to automatically rename files that have had their name changed. This would be easier if there was an event trigger so that we could proactively run the script using a web hook.
We can run a script once a day or something to do this based on a lookup table with folder IDs and the names we are SUPPOSED to have.

Add SHA1 hash value to event stream for applicable events
We have built a custom event stream logging application to maintain a local database of shared links and their targets. We would like a SHA hash to be added to the event stream for applicable events (shared link create, file upload, file download, etc.) to ensure we can identify uniquely the file version in use in a defensible fashion.
