Invite Collabs Pop-Up: Add Optional 'Send notification?' Checkbox
Currently in Box, when a user uses the Invite Collaborators pop-up to invite someone to a folder, an invitation email is always generated for the recipient. This is good in some scenarios, but creates a lot of email noise in many other situations where the inviter really doesn't want the recipient to receive an email notification.
Google Drive provides a 'Notify user?' checkbox on their 'invite' pop-up that allows you to 'silently' add the recipient to a folder without sending them an email notification.
Request: Add 'notify users?' checkbox to the invite collabs pop-up

Implement controls to prevent users with free SFDC accounts to link with corporate Box accounts
Our Box tenant allows integration with SFDC, a user can link their free SFDC account. We would like to see better controls which prevent access to Box via non-approved SFDC instances

Provide more flexibility with visibility of SFDC folders in Box
Even if a user is invited to the root folder of the SFDC folder tree in Box, they are unable to view all of the subfolders unless the user has previously accessed via SFDC first.
To make sharing of SFDC content with other non-SFDC users easier, we would like to have this behavior changed.

Trash deletion is explicitly reported in the Events stream
Today, when item(s) are deleted from the trash it shows up in the Events stream as a general DELETE event. You are not able to tell if the item was in trash or a regular folder. Would be great to have a distinction of event type such as DELETE vs DELETEFROMTRASH.
This is important because there are scenarios to identify when a file is emptied from Trash and thus unrecoverable (outside the 14 day window).

Privileged delete
This notion exists with legacy storage or RM systems. From a business perspective, this is something we would need in case of business divestiture.
Then, content under retention related to the divested branch/subsidiary/activity would have to be transferred to its new owner.

Permissions requirements to apply retention Governance
The "view users content" setting is needed to apply retention policies to content that you don't personally have access to.
This setting is quite restrictive given that only one person in our company has "view users content" access.
It seems like there should be an additional setting or way to apply retention to users content without relying on this checkbox

Add or modify accepted invite action so that an admin can easily see all folders that a user has auto-accepted
If a user invites a set of users that has auto-accept invites on, the action the invitation shows up under is >Auto accepted collaboration invite<. You cannot search for the user that accepted it. This action shows under the user that invited the collaborator.
However, if the user does not have auto-accept on, it shows up under both >invited collaborator< and >accepted invite.<
Basically, if a user does not have auto-accept on, it is easy to find accepted invite and what folders they manually accepted. If a user has auto-accept on, there is no way to search for them easily…

Ability to report on files moved from managed enterprise folder to external collaborator folder
Show when content is moved out of a folder managed by the enterprise into another folder managed by an external collaborator. We would like to at least see the Move event surfaced in the audit logs.

Add Metadata Template name to Details column for Metadata > 'Edit attributes' action
Currently, when you run a report for Metadata > 'Edit attribute' you cannot see the metadata template whose attribute was changed. This makes the action much less useful to an admin.
For example, if there were 2 metadata templates plus a classification policy on a file, and an attribute value in one of those templates were changed, it would be impossible from Usage Logs to see which template an attribute was actually changed.
This information is already exposed in the Enterprise Event.
