Integrate with our O365 tenant when opening content from Box
When Box launches content, a generic instance of Word/Excel is launched rather than our specific instance. As MSFT shifts more and more functionality to O365, integration with specific O365 tenants will become more critical.

As it stands, Box Universal app requires an individually based install from the Windows App Store and cannot be mass installed. This will not be changed in the near future.

Virus Scan Alert on virus-found should send to co-admin as well
Since the Box administrator account is not tied to any IT member, it is very impractical for us to review the emails this account receives.
Thus, we would like to request such emails to be sent to co-admins as well.

Device pinning should count number of device by IMEI: International Mobile Equipment Identity.
Currently Box count number of device by Device ID provided by Apple. Device ID is unique. If user re-installed App, Box count is up even in spite of same device.
0 votesApple does not currently give access to IMEI within code (they used to). Currently we get a vendor ID as specified by Apple, which may or may not change (depending on iOS version).

Apple determines the mapping of apps to URLs. They can either disable Proofpoint for Box URLs or have users click on the open in Box as their workaround.

More nuanced levels of control over what co-admins have access to is currently under consideration. However, changes that would apply to the Content Manager through this are not currently being planned.

Although Box cannot run a report to display all classified content, you can make use of Box’s search functionality to achieve the same purpose.
An Admin or Co-Admin with sufficient privileges to search enterprise wide content can search content classified with a specific label.

Accepting collab invites is not currently available via the API, and we don’t have plans to prioritize this for m.box.

Wants Box Edit to refers to "Open Verb" on windows (instead of Edit Verb) for the software to open docs.
This way, a user can easily choose which software to open for the docs the user has in their account.
