  1. When file is selected, add [Open] button next to [Move] and [Copy] buttons to open a file.

    Most users are Previewing a file first before "open & edit" a file, as they don't know right clicking a file or selecting file and clicking [...] (More Options) would show [Open with...] menu.

    In another words, UI is not intuitive for general users as they would think clicking on filename would open (not preview) the file.

  2. Show only the actively used folders and don't show folders rarely accessed.

    Allow users to set "rules" to decide which folders/files to show up under All Files. (Wants to show only the actively accessed folders)

  5. Ability to hide file previews from Access Stats when a specific user/group of users views a file in Box.

    There is a need for a 'covert' style admin functionality which would mask when one of these users views a file in Box.

  10. More accurate text conversion for text file on preview (Retain the original text on Box preview for text files)

    Tags are viewed to be an ad-hoc method of collaboration between users, whereas metadata is the recommended admin-managed structure for your whole enterprise. With metadata multi-select fields, an admin should be able to manage particular values applied to all files within the enterprise.

  20. Allow admin to set the number of times an external collaborator can attempt login

    Allow the admin to be able to set the number of times an external user can attempt to log into the enterprise account to prevent undesired users from continuing their attempts to log into a collaborated folder. If the user reaches the maximum number of login attempts set by the enterprise that user collaboration should be removed from the enterprise item/folder.
