Request for addition of a function to change the display unit of the storage size of insights in the management console
Currently, the display units for the overall size and the detailed size are different, and I would like to convert the units depending on whether I want to see a rough view or see more details, but it would be a hassle to convert each.

Box Drive support for bookmarks to files and folders
Box Web allows you to paste a link to a file or folder as a bookmark to quickly jump to that location. It would be great to have this work for Box Drive as well. The main use case is that we are moving from traditional Windows file shares to Box Drive. The experience is similar in that the files and folders are mapped in a hierarchical structure. The issue we are having is that some departments rely on Windows shortcuts to jump from one location to another in the shared drive.
The bookmark functionality seems to be able to function as a traditional shortcut, but they don't show up in Box Drive.
Box Web allows you to paste a link to a file or folder as a bookmark to quickly jump to that location. It would be great to have this work for Box Drive as well. Ability to enable/disable notifications
There are settings that automatically notify users when enabled, such as requiring 2-Step Login Verification.
Currently, it is not possible to disable notifications, but if notification emails are sent to users due to setting changes, it will cause confusion for users, so please allow the administrator to select whether to enable or disable notifications.ｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰｰ

Box Governance should be enabled for managed users
We have observed that for Relay, there is an option titled "Relay enabled for all managed users." However, we couldn't find a similar option for Box Governance [tried with a co-admin privileged account].
Moreover, we found that only for the co-admins, policies of using Box governance can be enabled.Our specific request is to have the functionality to enable Box Governance for all managed users (not only the admin/co-admins), allowing each user to utilize these features individually.

Approved on behalf of the person in charge or Force skipping
I strongly request the ability to be approved by another person or force skipping when the person in charge of the approval task is out of office in BOX Relay.

To be able to run a report on folders that a group has access to
Collaboration Report on Groups to list all access to users added/removed and folders. This will likely help Box admins to track user groups, users and associated folders all in one. Currently, you need to go to the group in order to view the members of the group and what folders are currently given to the group.

Box search filters - ability to select bookmarks
Without any filters (ie not selected Files or Folders), the Box Web Search results INCLUDE bookmarks matching the word/string selected in the search.
HOWEVER, if a user wishes to isolate only the bookmarks listed in the results, THEY CANNOT.
Bookmarks ARE a Box type I would argue, therefore the 'Type' filter should list 'Bookmarks' amongst the other types listed (to search for these only), as well as CONTINUING to display Bookmarks in results of 'Any type'
Whilst it is recognised that bookmarks may be to both FILES and FOLDERS (inside and outside of Box), this should not be preventing them from being searched and filtered on

I would like to be able to go to another folder in "Favorites" while opening a subfolder of a folder registered in "Favorites".

When I open a subfolder of a folder registered in "Favorites" on the iPad version of the Box app, tapping "Favorites" does not respond.
If you want to browse another folder in the Favorites list, you have to go back up the hierarchy to the Favorites list.
Also, even if I open "All Files" and then tap "Favorites", the hierarchy that has been displayed until now is displayed, which increases man-hours and is inconvenient for work efficiency.Since "Collection" can display a list of registered folders by tapping again even when a subfolder is open, I would like to see "Favorites" do the same.

iPad版のBoxアプリで「お気に入り」に登録したフォルダのサブフォルダを開いた状態で「お気に入り」をタップしても反応しません。
「お気に入り」に登録した別のフォルダを閲覧したい場合、階層をさかのぼって「お気に入り」まで戻らなければなりません。
また「すべてのファイル」を開いてから「お気に入り」をタップしても今までまで表示していた階層が表示されてしまい、工数が増えるため
業務効率上不便を感じています。「コレクション」はサブフォルダを開いた状態でも再度タップすれば登録したフォルダーの一覧を表示できるため、「お気に入り」も同様にして欲しいです。

Mistakes in collection operation
The X-axis position of the "Open/Close" arrow and the "Delete" cross in the side menu of the browser version of Box are exactly the same,
The X-axis position of the "Open/Close" arrow and the "Delete" cross are exactly the same.
This causes frequent deletion of collections by mistake.
(Especially when loading and displaying is slow and the folder expansion display is delayed by one tempo.)

Unmanaged Users Workflow
Easier way to managed "unmanaged users" in the Admin Console.
Currently, you have to run a report to find "unmanaged users" within the customers domain, then move the to managed, wait for their acceptance, then you can delete them.
Current customer is frustrated that this cannot be completed in a seamless manner and will remain out of compliance if their users are not managed correctly. This should be a bit more seamless and less steps.11 votes -
Ready-Sign-Links Creating New User w/ SSO and auto roll-in enabled
We used Box Sign Ready Sign link to confirm completion of an HR course. The link triggered the signer to authorize through their SSO (Okta) and create a Box account because they have auto roll-in enabled. We only noticed this because of a huge spike in overages one week. The immediate fix is turning off auto roll-in but that's not good for obvious reasons. TL/DR: Using Ready Sign Links, with an SSO, with Auto Roll-In enabled, will cause cause a spike in overage.

Disable preview
We use box.com as a site for transferring files between users and . The automatic preview of pdf-files is annoying and could be disabled in the preferences. Optimally

Delete content option when delete user in new display
When deleting a user in the new display, the Delete content option is not present anymore.
I recommend to keep this option to prevent a forced data transfer for each deleted user.3 votes -
Shield alert to show more than 90 days
Currently the Shield dashboard only show up to 90 days of alerts.

Folders and Files reports - exclude filename
Provide the ability to exclude filename from "Folders and Files" reports. We would like to be able to exclude this field since it may contain sensitive data. This is currently a field that is not able to be excluded. If there is a required field we would prefer if to be File ID. This is important since we would like to be able to perform usage analysis but do not want to provide sensitive data (even metadata) to our data analysts.

Box Sign - ability to disable in-person role
Currently, malicious user will easily be able to impersonate the recipient. To prevent fraud, disabling in-person role is necessary.

Error notification about Relay Workflow
Currently there is no way to know whether the relay workflow has failed or not.
So when there is an error in a workflow, I would like to have admins and or the workflow owners to receive a notification to inform about the error.88 votesHello all,

Comment Reply Thread and integration with Office Comments
I have recently had to stop people from using the Box comment feature, as it was adding unnecessary tasks to my workflow, because it does not allow the author to respond to comments, and when i open a word document to edit, the comments disappear. Commenting feature needs to integrate with Office in order to be useful for reviewing MS office documents. As the author i 'must' be able to respond, and close comments, AND when i open the document for edit, i MUST be able to see the comments. The MS Office comment feature is fantastic and if Box is going to have one natively it needs to integrate with that, or be switched off for MS office documents.
