Upload an image as a background
Need the ability to upload an image as a background. This will help with any use case for ideation sessions or anywhere you want co-workers to move things around on a map, grid, four-box etc.

Ability to use HTML tags in the email signature field of the system.
Please make HTML tags available in [Management Console > Enterprise Settings > System Email Signatures].
The use of bold text and colors will make it easier to understand the contents of the "System Email Signature".(Japanese)

When importing documents they should keep the date of the document, NOT the date they were uploaded.
When all my documents and files were imported into Box back in the beginning, they all got the same date. That has been horrible to work with. Many documents have similar names but I could always look at the date and know that the more recent one was probably the one I was looking for. But now, I have to look through each document to see if it is the one I want.
Of course, once I have worked on it, it now has today's date and I can tell my newer documents. But now, even after being on Box for 4-5 years I am constantly frustrated by not know the real date of a document created prior to that.
And, today, I uploaded a new file with a mixture of new and old documents, but now they all have the same date and it is torture to try and figure out which is the most recent.
You really need to show the DOCUMENT DATE, not the UPLOAD DATE.

Classification labels are also applied to partial matches for words set in "Custom Term"
カスタム用語で設定された単語が部分一致した場合にも分類ラベルを適用内容
Classification labels are assigned only when an exact match is registered in the file for the file condition "custom term" in the Management Console > Classification > Classification Policy.
If you want to assign a classification label to a partially matched term, you need to register all the terms in the "custom term".
To save time and effort in registering, please improve the system so that classification labels are assigned even when partially matching words are found in the file.＜Japanese＞

Report status window shows columns in fixed column width which makes data unreadible
Current view of reports status shows 5 columns in fixed width which makes for instance the date and time stamp unreadable. It would be really helpful if you could adjust the column width like in Microsoft Excel to make the data readable, there's a lot of unused white space at the right side that could be better utilized.

Ability to configure date format in the email notifications
Email notification date – The request is for the date format of this to be set by Admins for an ‘Organisation’ . The current email default is using dd/mm/yyyy which does not help North American users. To get a more universal date it would be helpful to for admins to be able to set another format like dd/mmm/yyyy

Option for only owners and co-owners to permanently delete content from trash
This would include an option in the Admin Console > Enterprise Settings > Content & Sharing tab to allow only owners and co-owners to permanently delete content.

Function to check recipent later
Share > Shared Link - Send Shared Link "ON" > Messages (optional)
When we click the "Share" icon and add or send an email address from "Send a shared link (email icon)", the history will not remain in the sent folder of the mailer (outlook) we are using.

When signing as 'Sign Myself', it would be helpful to have the same font and font size functionality as available for 'Request Signature'.

I want to output all collaborated listings including subfolders.
In the Collaboration Report, please add collaboration information that includes subfolders of the folder to which the user is invited.
The existing feature only allows information on folders to which users are invited.Once this functionality is implemented, the administrator will be able to see all folders to which the user is collaborating, and will be able to create management reports seamlessly.

Please Allow an Approval or Denial workflow for Auto Roll-in user creaiton
Please allow for Admins to allow or deny auto roll-in requests.
While I understand we can be notified of user creation and take action from there, it would be more beneficial for organization to approve or deny requests to roll in.
At the very least, allow us the option to block the requests or have a custom message that directs the user to their helpdesk or IT to get the account permissions. This would seriously help us be more secure while avoiding contract violations.

More Granular options for Box Sign Reminders
Right now the reminders for Box sign are pre-set to:

Requesting notification of email address of who downloads song files.
We send out email blasts to our subscribers and include links to music we license. We receive a notification that someone downloads the song files. But it does not say who? Is there a way to retrieve the email address of the person that downloads files from our box account?

Provide the option of skipping files that have already previously been uploaded when loading a batch of files instead of creating "versions"
When I select all the files in a directory and drop them to Box.com, I need the ability to tell the system to skip any files that are already there and only upload the ones that are new. Currently, the system repeatedly uploads identical files and keeps creating "versions" each time the directory gets updated. It doesn't have to be the default behavior, since I assume there are use cases where versioning makes sense. But it absolutely should be an option, since the default user experience is to be asked how duplicates should be handled and given the ability to choose depending on the situation.
