Ability to change font size when "Sign Myself"
When signing as 'Sign Myself', it would be helpful to have the same font and font size functionality as available for 'Request Signature'.

I want to output all collaborated listings including subfolders.
In the Collaboration Report, please add collaboration information that includes subfolders of the folder to which the user is invited.
The existing feature only allows information on folders to which users are invited.Once this functionality is implemented, the administrator will be able to see all folders to which the user is collaborating, and will be able to create management reports seamlessly.

Please Allow an Approval or Denial workflow for Auto Roll-in user creaiton
Please allow for Admins to allow or deny auto roll-in requests.
While I understand we can be notified of user creation and take action from there, it would be more beneficial for organization to approve or deny requests to roll in.
At the very least, allow us the option to block the requests or have a custom message that directs the user to their helpdesk or IT to get the account permissions. This would seriously help us be more secure while avoiding contract violations.

More Granular options for Box Sign Reminders
Right now the reminders for Box sign are pre-set to:
"day 3, 8, 13 and 18"We would like to be able to set when we would like reminders to be sent rather than be limited to those options.

Requesting notification of email address of who downloads song files.
We send out email blasts to our subscribers and include links to music we license. We receive a notification that someone downloads the song files. But it does not say who? Is there a way to retrieve the email address of the person that downloads files from our box account?

Provide the option of skipping files that have already previously been uploaded when loading a batch of files instead of creating "versions"
When I select all the files in a directory and drop them to Box.com, I need the ability to tell the system to skip any files that are already there and only upload the ones that are new. Currently, the system repeatedly uploads identical files and keeps creating "versions" each time the directory gets updated. It doesn't have to be the default behavior, since I assume there are use cases where versioning makes sense. But it absolutely should be an option, since the default user experience is to be asked how duplicates should be handled and given the ability to choose depending on the situation.

During remote work meetings, we use Boxnote to input multiple people at the same time to communicate with team members, including deaf people. However, due to the version upgrade after autumn, the following inconveniences were seen.
【Inconvenience】
・ The account icon does not appear where the cursor is, and the character input is complicated and it is difficult to know where each person is.
・ Since many cursors have the same color coding, it is difficult to grasp which cursor is who.
・ Multiple people input characters in the same position, and they often rewrite each other. Even if you try to be careful about the cursor position, you will often start writing from the same place.
Therefore, I thought that there was no point in becoming a cursor. It may be aimed at entering so that the cursor position does not fog, but I think it is impossible because there is a time difference in the display.
Therefore, I would like you to restore the account icon that appears on the left side of the previous input line.

Ability to choose and apply Box Sign Drop Down and Radio fields via API
Box recently released functionality introducing Radio buttons and Dropdowns for Box Sign requests, however those features are currently web-app only and do not have corollary Box Sign API components (per this support article - https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404105810195). Would love to be able to use Dropdown fields especially as this is a critical component of keeping the information that we get out of user inputs as clean as possible.

Folder Colloborator
We have a need to report on when a managed or external user views the list of collaborators on a folder. Also, ability to hide collaborators, unless owner/co-owner, for all folders and from an admin console standpoint, versus configuring at the folder level.

Prevent items with restricted movement from being moved on the Box Drive display
If "Do not allow ownership of content to be transfered to external users" is enabled in the tenant settings, content cannot be moved to external tenants by users other than the administrator.
However, when content is moved in Box Drive, although it is not actually moved, it appears on the display as if it is stored in the destination folder, and it does not return to the original folder until the user logs out/logs back in to Box Drive.
Content whose movement is restricted by Classification Policies will immediately return to the folder in which it was originally stored, both on the display and when content is moved in Box Drive.
Content whose movement is restricted for security reasons should be able to determine that the setting is enabled.
As with Classification Policies by classification labels, if you cannot move the content, make it display so that it immediately returns to the original folder.(日本語)

Give Admins the option to turn on/off an easy-to-export search results list for end users
Give Admins the option to turn on/off an easy-to-export search results list for end users.
Can't export search results into an Excel spreadsheet. Please give us the option to do this, BUT also some Admins might really NOT want this, so please also give Admins the option to turn it on/off for end users from the Admin Console.

On Admin Console, provide ability to use wild card search for external users.
On the Admin Console > Users & Groups > External Users, allow users to use a wild card for searches. Currently, the search only performs a "starts with" search on the email address and name. However, this is very limiting and restrictive, especially when we have thousands of external users, and the name field is variable (first last; last first; nicknames, etc.) The wild card feature or "contains" would give the user an option to search within the email address to filter users by email domain.
