Add a specific provisioning setting for Shuttle
Currently, Box Shuttle relies on pre-existing Co-Admin permissions in order to grant Co-Admins access. However, after a certain amount of TBs have been migrated, any further migration could incur a large cost to a customer. Since this can heavily impact customer spend and have affects on project timelines and prioritizations, Administrators should be able to grant specific access to only Co-Admins that need and are approved to use this tool.

Show a warning message when users attempt to upload folders in a File Request
Frequently we have users attempt to upload folders to use using the file request drag & drop zone feature.
Box does not support the uploading of folders, however it allows users to drag folders into the drag/drop zone.
This gives the appearance that folders are supported, even though they are not. Then when users hit upload they must wait a long time before encountering an error that their upload failed, and it does not tell them why.
Solution: when a user drags a folder into the file request drop zone, immediately show a message that says "Warning: Uploading folders is not supported."

”Priority" lock feature (There is no way to open an Office file that is being edited online in Box Edit.)
Currently, if a user has a file open in OfficeOnline, that file cannot be opened in Box Edit.
If I want to perform operations that are only possible in the local Excel application (e.g. sheet or macro operations) and a colleague comes home while editing in Online, my work comes to a halt. Can you please implement a priority lock function that works as follows.
1. click "Priority Lock" on a file that someone is editing online.
2. Only the latest version of the target file is copied to the same folder as a separate file with "(1)". After that, the result of Online editing will be overwritten by the file with "(1)".
3. The file is locked (normal lock) so that only the user who clicked "Priority Lock" can open the file in Box Edit.
4. the results of edits made via Box Edit will be overwritten in the original file.
5. when a user who was editing online resumes or exits online editing, a dialog box will appear informing the user that the file has been saved as a separate file because a user performed the "priority lock" operation.I think this method could be implemented by adding functionality on the Box side, not by changing the functionality on the OfficeOnline side.

Make an option to turn off the warning "Confirm Removal From This Mac"
I drag-and-drop files onto Box all day long, and every file I move I get the warning "Confirm Removal From This Mac". It would be nice to have the option to turn this warning off.

View in Box Drive from Box.com
Our team primarily uses Box Drive. When we send Box.com links around, it is very cumbersome to then have to navigate to the file in Box Drive if you need to use Box Drive to access it.
A button should be added to the web version of Box.com to "View in Box Drive" which would then launch the Finder (Mac) or Explorer (Windows) location of that file in Box Drive.

Ability to skip blank optional fields from file request when renaming based off of the metadata
Is there a condition I can enter in the Relay to not display -(missing)MetadataOptional- in the automatically renamed file if the optional fields in a file request are blank?

Enable by default the option to create a new Canvas from existing template
When creating a new Canvas board, it would be great to have the option to select from a template enabled by default. This feature is easy to miss when not enabled for new users. The option to disable/enable can remain, but it should be enabled by default for users initially.

The new formatting just implemented is horrible, why did you change it? :(
Go back to the formatting you had, please. This new grid view is less zoomed in so it really serves as a less optimal preview!
Please consider allowing more zoomed in grid view images like it was up until about an hour ago! THANK YOU!!

Ability to read the EXIF data in the photos that are uploaded
I need Box to read the EXIF data in the photos I upload. Having access to that would make categorizing and finding assets infinitely easier. If I could sort by the metadata already included with an image file I would be able to find by date, location, resolution, etc automatically. A default metadata template should be created that matches that of EXIF data so that it automatically loads. You could then find the images you want by searching the EXIF data then could apply other metadata to add more relevance.

Phone number format prompt
When setting 2FA by SMS, Box should update this part of the web site to specify exactly what format the phone number needs to be entered in.
E.g. "7797123456" and not +447797123456, 447797123456, +44(0)7797123456 etc.
Although it seems to work with or without a leading zero, it would be better to not include it as it is not part of the "phone number"1 vote -
group admin to receive Shield alert and see shield dashboard
I would like to have group admin to be able to receive the Shield alert and also be able to see the Shield dashboard.
This is because currently the security team is not a co-admin but just a group admin and they would like to see alert from Shield15 votes -
Add a seach box to the file lookup when attached files to Asana via the Box connector.
Asana file uploads from Box.
When uploading a file to Asana from Box via the Asana/Box integration, there is no search box. This requires the user to navigate to the file location.
It would save users so much time if there was a search box.

Blind Guide - Instructions for new collaborators
I wish to state my ongoing frustration with sharing collaborative folders with my clients via box. The instructions for me, as part of a subscribed user group, are clear. The instructions for a new user who we invite to collaborate ARE NOT. You put me in a position of the blind guide when the client or collaborator asks me for help getting to the files – and Box has not provided sufficient instructions. I suspect Box assumes because I have logged into box as a new user once in the past, that I know how to coach a new user on getting into the system. But that was years ago. This is a missed opportunity.
It would help me greatly if you would provide step-by-step instructions along with a tutorial video for brand new users that they receive along with an invite to collaborate. There should also be a link to an article/post for established, subscribed users like me that I can forward to my clients/collaborators that detail the steps they will need to take in order to access shared folders.

Please display longer filenames in the Uploading upload progress popup window area
By design, it is common for our organization's files to have have 40+ characters in the filenames, and I sometimes need to upload them to Box in large batches. However, I can only see approximately 38 characters of my files' filenames in Box's Upload progress area. If I want to track Box upload progress, or if an upload fails, it is very difficult to decipher which file it is because I can't see the last few characters of the filename.
It appears there is no way to manually extend it to reveal more of the filenames' characters. Can someone please change this?
Thanks in advance!
(In case it is relevant: I'm using the latest version of Google Chrome.)

Previous versions on Folders as opposed to just files
We would like to be able to see Previous versions on Folder level items as opposed to just individual files. This would help if a folder was overwritten.
