Option to replace new Recents Carousel with older slider view
I would like an option to replace new Recents Carousel with the former horizontal slider view when using a browser on a PC. On a wide screen the older view is a more efficient use of space.

Make metadata attributes required on templates
We need a way to make selected attributes required custom templates, so that when the templates are applied to Folders/Files the user can not save the metadata form bypassing the required metadata.

I would like to improve the time to add the Box metadata instance to the folder.This section explains the background of the improvement request.

When I actually use this feature, it can take an hour and a half, or five or six hours, to add a metadata instance to a folder. It is difficult to use it for business, so I would like you to improve it. For example, we would like Box to shorten the time to complete the setup or improve it so that the user can understand the time to complete the setup.Thank you for your consideration.

notifications
From an end user perspective; it would be nice to have this as an option to select while sending a collaboration invite. Collaboration owner will be given an option to select an “email template” a default template or a customized template. User will have an option to create and store few templates under his/her account profile which will be visible when they click on the “select a notification email template”.

Box Sign able to collaborates with the common Box Folder approval.
We would like to request to enabled the Box Sign to collaborates with the common Box Folder approval. So the BOX Sign can add a General Task or Approval Task to a document. And also including following important items :
- The Approver/Signer able to give some feedback or comment along the way of approval process before taking action (Accepted/Declined).
- If any issues during the approval process, the Requester able to modify or amend the document and then upload new version.
- If the request is Declined by the Approver/Signer, Requester able to continue the approval once document has been revised or amended. (No need to start from the very beginning)
- The signature able to fit perfectly to the BOX sign template.
Simply saying, we would like to request to add on all the functions in the common BOX Folder into BOX Sign.

Improved search (not 'search term')
My hope is to search for "other than ●●" and "NOT ●●"
My preferred search method is, for example, There are 3 files. The file names are A, B, C.
I want to enter "not B" in the search. The result is A and C files.

Delete history of signed PDF
If you delete the signed PDF, it will be completely deleted from the history of the sign menu, so I want a function to display the history that shows the deletion.

Because it is not supported by the current MIP integrator.

Remove uploader's name
It'd be useful to turn on/off the name of the uploader from files/folders.
My VAs upload files and I don't want my clients to see who's uploading them as they sometimes think the designs are not done by me, but by other people, so it's causing confusion.

Ability to Sort comment order by page
When using Adobe Document Cloud, it keeps comments grouped on the same page versus oldest to newest. It's useful when reviewing one page at a time. Can we get a sort filter system that allows: by page, oldest, newest, commenter?

Customize invitation notifications to approvers for new feature additions
A new feature has been added to Relay called "Invite Contact as Viewer" which will send invitation notifications to users who have already been invited to a group.
We are getting invitation notifications every time we approve something, which is causing confusion.
Please stop the invitation notifications.「担当者をビューアーとして招待する」という新機能がRelayに追加されましたが、この機能によりグループですでに招待されているユーザーに招待通知が送信されます。
承認時に毎回招待通知が届いてしまい混乱を招いています。

Create an API endpoint to "Forget App" and "Forget All" Apps
From within the WebApp a user can go to their Account Settings --> Security tab and require re-authentication for an application by clicking "Forget App" for a specific app login or "Forget All". We believe there is value it making this available via the API so that this could be triggered by an Enterprise Application. This comes up most frequently around compromised accounts but would also be valuable when a device with the Box Desktop apps installed goes out for repair.

Bookmarks to be synchronized with BoxDrive/BoxSyn
Bookmarks created "online" are not synchronized to be visible by the teams using BoxDrive or BoxSync. Also the other way round.
Our teams are bookmarking many external web sheets or other box folder locations to navigate and support each other, but the links are not visible for all the others.
With that knowledge, the usage of bookmarks does not work in a global team.
Request: Please synchronize bookmarks in all directions, as we do with all other files!

Box.com - When sharing folders with External collaborators, to have a copy of the email from Box with the message I added
Marked as optional, we should get a copy of the email that Box sent when using the "Message (optional)" option. I work with lawyers and law-related users that need proof of sending invites to external collaborators. There's no confirmation when you invite someone to collaborate to your folder, you only get an email once they accept the invite.

Co-Admin permission - Manage Shield Lists
It would be good to be able to delegate the update of Sheild lists so that someone can amend who is in a list without providing access to other shield functions.
For example, a list of people email addresses that can change because external parties that we collaborate change but we want to be able to remove/add people.

classification labeling time lag when item added to a folder with classification
When adding items to a folder with defined classification, there is a time lag (appx. 5 min) to reflect the classification to added items. (we know its 20min for 40K items but still we want to remove the time lag)
During the lag, a user can temporarily operate the items outside the policy defined on its classification.
This seems a critical defect in terms of its security, so please consider to fix the situation.
