Optimise white space on Admin Console tab
Currently, there are many pages on the Admin Console which have fixed width elements. This means that there is a mass of white space on many pages when there is no need for there to be. Setting the element to be a responsive, percentage-based width would be a marked improvement.

Use "collaboration via shared link" while "restricting collaboration to within enterprise" feature at the same time.
Currently, if "restrict collaboration to within enterprise" is checked, then "collaboration via shared link" feature is disabled.

Ability to zoom text, enlarge photos, and edit URL when using Box Notes on Box iOS app
Box Notes on iOS needs improvements, e.g. can't zoom in/out. Can't click embedded photos to enlarge them, such as you can in the desktop app or browser. If I could zoom in/out, that might be ok, but can't do that either links aren't viewable or editable on mobile; you can click them, but if you need to update a link or at least see the URL target, you can't. You can add annotation but you can't view it once it's saved or view annotations by others
2 votesThanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, we are not able to prioritize this request at the moment. However, please note that you should be able to view annotations made by yourself or others in the iOS environment. Please reach out if you’re still experiencing issues and we can look into this.

Use the same timestamp between webapp and iOS app.
Webapp shows the "Updated" date on the list view. However, iOS app shows the "Modified" date.

Favorites in Sidebar - Custom User-Defined Sort Order
As of April 2018, Favorites now display directly in the Web App sidebar, sorted alphabetically.
This request is for supporting custom user-defined sort order for that list (being able to drag items within the sidebar itself to determine the sort order).

A true silent update is not currently planned. We have made some improvements to Box Drives update behavior by including silent updates when Box Drive is launching, if an update is already available. This improvement is in v2.3 for Mac and v2.3 for Windows.

Show amount of time left to complete upload and the number of files remaining
It only shows a progress bar but I would like a % complete and time to complete on the progress bar as well. Also if it could show number of files that are being uploaded and how many are left. That would be very helpful when I am uploading a lot of documents and want to know long it will take to upload.
3 votesWe currently have a progress bar in the upload manager that indicates percentage complete. Adding an estimate for time could be helpful for users, but we won’t be able to prioritize this ask due to conflicting priorities – I’d suggest using the percentage complete as a benchmark for now.

Allow for one-off permissions changes to individuals in a group.
When inviting a group to a folder, we would like to have the ability to give a different permission to just a specific member within the group. Currently if a group is invited to a folder, all members will get the same permissions. Te only workaround is invite the indiv user separately. However, this is not an officially supported functionality of Box.
