Box Relay summarize notifications
As in other Box features Box Relay should summarize notifications about task created/updated/deleted

Allow Co-Authoring to dynamically check document sync status
Currently, if an Office document is opened before being synced to Box, the Co-Authoring features are unavailable. The document must be closed and re-opened to refresh the sync status.
It would be good if the document could check it's sync status periodically while open and adapt on the fly.Seamless integration as Microsoft Teams collaboration

Ability to access public links/folders that aren't shared with a specific account via the Box desktop application
Sometimes a client sends a public link for a folder that is +100 GB. Downloading through the browser is obviously much slower than using the desktop application, but if the folder has not been shared directly with my account, I cannot access the folder via the app. Please implement a way of accessing public links via the Desktop application.

Allow admins to be able to exclude specific folders from scanning policies
Be able to safelist individual folders and their content, in case the latter are part of normal operational activities of specific teams, and to reduce false positives/noise to SecOps teams.

Custom User Role
Currently under user role and access permission, we can only give a user "Member" or "Co-Admin" role.
We would like the additional more granular role or provide us the ability to create custom role with checkboxes.

Need to see a setting button added to the Box Mobile shooting mode screen to "select photo quality"
When capturing photos directly for inclusion in Box Notes, the high camera performance of the iPhone results in large file sizes for each individual photo.
As a consequence, it takes a considerable amount of time for photo to be displayed(uploaded) within the Box Notes.To address this issue, I would appreciate it if the option to "select photo quality" could be extended to the camera capture mode as well.
Currently, the option to "select photo quality" is available only in the continuous capture mode.
By enabling this feature in the standard camera mode, users would have the flexibility to adjust the image quality based on their preferences, potentially reducing the file size and improving the speed of displaying and uploading photos within Box Notes.I believe that this enhancement would greatly enhance the user experience and efficiency when working with photos in the Box Notes!

Box Notesに掲載する写真を直接撮影する場合、iPhoneのカメラ性能が高いため、個々の写真のファイルサイズが大きくなってしまいます。
その結果、Box Notes内に写真が表示（アップロード）されるまでにかなりの時間がかかってしまいます。この問題を解決するために、「写真の画質を選択する」オプションをカメラキャプチャモードにも拡張していただけるとありがたいです。

offline files and selective sync
I would like to see the ability to mark files and folders for local or offline storage. Currently box drive allows for only the folder to be marked offline or downloaded locally. When I don't need to have a file downloaded anymore there is not a way for me to mark them offline. I have tried marking the folder offline but that doesn't work to make the files I want offline. Additionally, this would cause all files that I do want locally to become offline. Dropbox currently has the ability to selectively sync the files and or folders that I would like to see. Like box drive, I can choose to have all files and folders visible and in offline mode. However, unlike box drive, Dropbox is allowing the files or folders to be worked on and afterwards, either marked as offline only or made invisible by using their selective sync technology which keeps the data online but not visible locally on the computer. Personally I keep most of my data online in their file structures and download/upload work that I need to open on the computer programs. The box drive software doesn't work as intended and needs these features to make it better.

box tools excel display defaults
Every time I open a new tab in an excel spreadsheet I am looking at nothing. It shows me the cells below and right of anything useful. So every time I open a tab I have to scroll up and left to find the spreadsheet I need to work with. This should be the simplest of things and shouldn't be a problem. Please help...

In BOX Relay, it is possible to dynamically specify the file triggered by WorkFlow, but it is not possible to dynamically specify the folder that contained the file.

Ability to create folders on the fly when moving/copying content
Users would like to be able to create a folder when moving/copying content, as opposed to only being able to move/copy content to pre-existing folders. It would save time and energy to be able to do that on the fly as opposed to creating the folder ahead of time.

Box CLI Email Notifications and Folder Settings
We would like to enable upload notifications for select folders, on particular users or groups.
Currently users need to go into each folder's settings to then check the box for upload notifications, or they can select upload notifications in their user settings.
The first option is very time consuming, we have about 140 folders that we would like to target and it is hard to force employee's to complete this.
The 2nd option removes the importance of notifications if users are being notified for everything.It would be great to have a bulk option to enable notifications or manage other folder settings for users.
Would it be possible to use the Box CLI to target Folder IDs, User/Group IDs, then have the various folder options to flag or unflag. This would be a huge time saver.We would like to enable upload notifications for select folders, on particular users or groups.

Ability to edit captured data in BoxNote.
In the captured data pasted to Note
You can create a box for inserting text or highlighting it, or you can apply a mosaic to an arbitrary area.
I would like to be able to edit pasted images immediately.
Although it is possible to edit images by right-clicking with the current specifications (Windows 10),
You can only edit handwritten notes (pen, marker), arrows, and degrees.
After that, you can save the image by either copying it to the clipboard or saving it with a name.
I am not able to edit images smoothly and I feel it is bothersome.We believe that it can be used for creating easy-to-read minutes, manuals, etc.

Use Issuer Label prefix in TOTP URI for MFA to conform to recommendations
When setting up MFA using authenticator app, the QR code you generate does not provide Issuer Label Prefix in the label.
This is not according to TOTP recommendations:

If another website implements the same bad QR code format as you, on iOS one of the two will be overwritten, and you will loose access to that site.
Squarespace uses the same bad formatting, so chances of catastrophe is big. (I will also be reaching out to them about this)

[Support preview of ".xct" files] Support preview of ".xct" files
We use DocuWorks for our business.
At this time, the Box preview supports ".xdw" and ".xbd", but unfortunately ".xct" is not yet supported.A similar request was submitted on the following BoxPulse, which was "Delivered" as of 09/2022, but only the ".xct" is still not in preview.

Ability to tag groups
I want a function like Teams' "tag".
Currently, only individuals can mention comments in the data saved in the box,
I would like to be able to mention in groups.
Can't you make better use of groups in your management console?
One of the features of box is that multiple people can edit the same data at the same time, and there are also convenient functions such as comment fields and mention functions.

Please display the time range (hh:mm:ss) in the update date column.
When sorting search results by modified date, the time (hh:mm:ss) is not displayed in the modified date column.
This makes it difficult to guess the time range and find the file in the search results if many files were updated on the same day.
