We are using Box.com to obtain tax documents. Some of the images are coming upside down or sideways. We need a rotate feature in Box.

More Options menu floats upwards
Make the More Options menu self-conscious so it knows whether it's entirely visible. I wanted to download the first file and when I clicked on More Options in List View, the Download option was too high up, under the browser menu, where I couldn't access it. I have a screen print but your feedback doesn't allow it to be included (more room for improvement!).

Increase upload limit for files in a folder
For people like myself who have a large number of files that need to be categorized in appropriate folders it is imparative that I make uploading easy for my team members.
Box only allows 500 files per folder, which I understand is to prevent many files being lost at the same time, which I am thankful for.
BUT....
It would be great that during the upload process that box.com automatically created another folder to accommodate any files over the 500 mark.Don't you think?

Advanced web based Text/Code editor functionality
The box is missing a Web-based Text/Code editor, providing capabilities similar to Notepad++ with format & code-based markup using Scintilla-like capabilities.

Request to add the ability to obtain all file request ID's currently active as a list via API.

To be able to lock down folders so they won't be accidentally moved or deleted
With many people working together, sometimes folders can be accidentally dragged off. It would be safer if the basic folder structure be locked down so to avoid accidental deletion and relocation but still allow users to create additional subfolders.
Also, in order to prevent random placement of files, folders/subfolders might also be locked to prevent files from being saved at a certain level.

Box should warn you when you exceed the character limit, not just delete everything you have written when you try to send the invite
It is VERY annoying to write a nice detailed note to the person you are inviting and then have it just disappear bc the character limit has been exceeded. Box should either not allow you to exceed the character limit, or at least have it refuse to send the invite but not completely delete everything you have just written!!!

Allow BoxSign hash anchoring on blockchain like SignRequest had
Allow BoxSign hash anchoring on Blockchain the same way I could using SignRequest.
I've used the "legacy" SignRequest application, and have used the "show blockchain proof of signing in the log" feature.
It would appear that using the latest version of this application, the Box version = BoxSign.
I'm unable to now use this feature.See my request and the use case in which I've used this feature here in this Box Community Forum post.

Can we have Shared link expiration check box always enabled.
We would like to force users to choose the expiration date .

File request custom theme transparent logo suggestion tooltip
When putting themes for file request, using logos with existing color backgrounds does not look as clean. It would be great to add a tooltip suggestion to use a transparent logo for the user designing the theme.

Disable instructional popups via Admin Console
Finding in the new UI that there are a lot more instructional popup messages going over the basic features of Box web app.
We provide our own training internally and there are certain popup messages that conflict with how our users would utilize our Box instance (e.g. we use our own in-house tool for managing Box collaborations via Box API ... and the File Request / Shared Link popup message contradicts our process).

For the purpose of strictly protecting confidential information, we want to make it impossible to change from strict to loose permissions, even for users who have the authority to change classification labels. However, with the current Shield function, it is not possible to set the priority of changeability.

Empty Folder Notification
Someway to turn on notification based on folder or another relay.
Where specific folders cannot be empty, and after a week or so it is empty, we get a notification and alert once a month about it.1 vote -
I am unable to email collaborators because there are more than 500 collaborators in the folder.
Need an option to be able to email collaborators in bulk, regardless of the number. The 500 limit is now forcing me to email collaborators individually.

Box drive's system extension update
I am running BoxDrive version 2.23.422
After I upgrade my Mac (for example, from BigSur 11.5 -> 11.6), I get an error dialog the first time I try to open Box Drive. It says "Box Drive's system extension failed to load. Please make sure it has been enabled in System Preferences > Security & Privacy and then restart your computer. ....".
Reinstalling Box Drive and restarting the computer doesn't fix it. I found a workaround at https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360051323454-Box-Drive-s-system-extension-failed-to-load which fixes it, but I have to apply that workaround each time I upgrade my computer. Turn off notifications
Turn off notifications for the owner of the account on specific tasks not pertaining to this individual. The account owner is receiving notifications for everyone else's tasks and assignments.
