Quit with the Box Mobile popups.
I know it's there. I will get it if I want it. But interrupting my work every 10 minutes with a popup I need to close is about enough to make me cancel my subscription.

Opening links from PPTs in Box
Currently I can nicely preview files created with Microsoft Powerpoint. Also these days I can click links in the PPT and those open up. With the exception of links containing a hashtag. Then only the part of the URL before the hashtag character is opened up. I believe this is a real live bug in the way links are handled.
e.g. I have this URL linked in my PPT
https://www.mycompany.com/#/offering/8EEB4F8F
If I try to click this link through Box I'm getting sent to https://www.mycompany.com/1 vote -
Add verification question when moving files in Box Drive using File Explorer
In the web box.com environment moving folders or files is verified with a question. This is not the case using Box Drive and moiving files or folders using File Explorer.
A similar question as in box.com and if you delete files in Files Explorer should have been added for moving files in Box Drive. By accident root folder containing hundreds of GB may be moved and hidden into subfolders causing severe problems.

Run reports in api
We would like to be able to run reports through the API. Having the ability to automate running reports would be very helpful for automating processes.

Please improve the speed of each process, including the copy process.
If the speed is slow when moving, copying, or deleting large amounts of data
If the speed is slow, it will interfere with business.(In Japanese)

Collections Page as My Homepage
So as designed, I think "My Collections page" is underutilized. Sure here is the only place you can edit/delete your collections and their titles...but this would be a wonderful place to drive users too as their homepage. Obviously, you all thought of that as well since it can be selected as "My Homepage" but right now I think a lot of folks won't want to because there isn't enough useful information on the basic page.
Please allow the user to better configure this page or at least have the collections unfurled/unnested. So that each time they go to this page…

I would like to be able to take wide lens photos in Box Capture for iOS.
I work in the real estate business and used to take a lot of photos with Box Capture for iOS. But, apparently Box Capture only uses the standard lens of my iPhone 11 Pro. Is there a possibility that with an upgrade we will be able to use the wide lens and tele lens also?

Box Drive Warning When File Path is too Long
There is a known issue with Box Drive that if a file path is exceeds a character count limit, then the file cannot be opened on desktop, however it can be opened via Box on the web. The issue is, when a user has a file on their desktop, that has a current file path within the character count limits, then moves the file to Box Drive within Windows Explorer and the new path in box exceeds the character limits. It would be very beneficial and time saving if there was a filter on the Box side that will give you a list of all root level folders in the entire enterprise

Notification if content is screenshot
We have secure content that we send to vendors as "non downloadable" but we also need to know if they take screenshots of that content. We would like functionality that notifies us if a user takes a screenshot of our content.

Restrict managed users > Restrict all users except owner/co-owner and editors is selected, you will not be able to copy the viewer.
When using the above Box classification and Shield features (access policy), the settings will be applied to files but not to folders, even if they are set.
When a user with editor privileges copies a folder, all copies are made.

Enable different folders to sync on different PC's
I want to sync a different subset on folders on a different PC. It appears that is not possible. You can only select one set for syncing... and that's it.

File request: add the ability to pre-populate fields
It would be great if there would be a way to pre-populate the fields of a file request with "known-information" if available.
This would allow us to reuse a single file request in a portal, but set the metadata on the uploaded documents, based on the current user's context. Content can then be routed in the Box system based on the metadata set.

Allow an upload of data for Options fields in Metadata templates.
For the metadata templates, our team has large lists of projects, clients, names, etc that would be best uploaded for potential Option fields in various metadata templates. This would help upon setup and updating of templates.

Service Accounts should be rate limited differently than user accounts
Currently, when you use a service account to access Box API's, in order to get access to content you need to use the As-User header "impersonate" users in order to access the files that are owned by then.
So if you are doing something like using a service account to crawl through all the files in a folder in box, you would need to use the As-User header in order to impersonate a user who owns/has access to each file while doing it.
But there is a huge problem here is that the rate limiting is done using the As-User…
