When you want to add single files or folders, it would be great to be able to add them simply using their IDs or dragging them from another Box window

hyperlink source from AI in Hubs
When you ask a question in a Hub, the sources cited are just in plain text. The ask is that the sources would be hyperlinked instead.

Date and time functions will not work correctly in shared Excel file
When an external collaborator opens a shared link of an Excel file (with 'People with the link' option selected) without logging into box, date and time functions will not work correctly.

All the toggles in the admin GUI are shades of grey, making it difficult to determine what is actually enabled or not

when uploading photos in the Box app, they are in wrong orientation
Since last update, when uploading pictures from the app, if the photo was taken in Landscape mode, it shows as vertical once uploaded. PLEASE take it back to like it was where no matter what orientation we took a picture, it would show up correctly in the files.

Link Box sign requests
The ability to link several Sign Requests as one. When scanning a form a user needs to authenticate that the scan is a true copy and there is no errors. if there is an error e.g. page ten was crumpled and not readable then it has to be rescanned. FDA demand all sign requests are kept. even ones that failed. today there is not way to link different sign requests

Users to oversee the File request used Folders
We would like to have users to be able to see which folders they have enabled file request as an list.
The image is to have a "File Request" tab in the Box menu on the left side.
Once you click that tab, it will show all the folders that the users have enabled file request so they can disable unnecessary link.3 votes -

Box Drive should ignore files would be in a hidden folder/directory. For example, this file has a parent folder that is named ".Rproj.user" which starts with a dot.

Check the number of API calls from the developer console of the user who executed the App
Platform report could be used to confirm API calls. But it requires authorities to export.
Display the number of API calls in use for each app in the developer console to check if the number of API calls exceeds the limit.

Admins to delete root level folders in the UI on All Files page
Annoying you have to go into content manager to delete content. Should be able to delete the root level folder as an admin on the All Files Page.

Customizable "Thanks for signing!" Box Sign email
I really need to be able to contact a signer immediately after signing, even if it's after hours or on the weekends. Adding a space on signing templates for a custom message would be HUGELY helpful and solve a huge problem.

Check if a shared link exists in BoxDrive
On BoxDrive, it is not possible to tell in which folder the shared link has been issued.
I wish there was a way to check if a shared link has already been issued on BoxDrive.-in Japanese-

Granular Security Controls on the Box API
We wish to implement fine-grained security controls on the API which is integrating with our SSPM – at the moment the permissions are Manage and for integration to our SaaS Security Posture Management service we just require Read.
Request is to allow the following the ability to toggle to Read only

IP address restriction setting in admin console
We would like to be able to configure IP address restriction setting in admin console.
It cannot be set up IP address restriction without a service request to product support.
Therefore, any customer have to wait long time to set it and also is inconvenient.21 votes
