Box Drive support MacOS Monterey
Box does not support Box Drive aliases with Mac OS Monterey. We need this feature back so users don't remove/delete files and folders from Box by mistake.

Ability to grant Metadata When Uploading Multiple Files in a File Request
Under the current Box specification (December 10, 2021), when uploading multiple files at the same time using a file request, all files are given the same metadata. To comply with the Electric Book Storage Act, I believe that when users upload multiple files using file requests in Box, metadata must be attached to each file. We strongly hope to add the ability to grant metadata to individual files to file requests.

Ability for folder co-owners to recieve additional collaboration notifications
In Box, when a collaborator invites another collaborator, the owner of the folder will be notified by email that the collaborator has been added. I would like you to add the ability to send this notification to co-owners as well. Folders are often not managed by the owner alone, and co-owners need to get as much information as the folder owner.

Alert if classification label is changed
Send a notification when a classification is changed. When a classification is changed for a piece of sensitive content, there is currently not an alert or notification generated. Reporting capabilities on any changed classification labels are also important.

Ability to unfollow Box Note when no longer needed to collaborate
We get access to many Box Notes on a daily basis to collaborate. When the Box notes get edited, we get an update on our Box Note page with a little blue circle + an additional number on our box notes app. I'd like to stop following those Box Notes I am no longer collaborating on, so I don't receive those 'updated' notifications.

Ability to configure Microsoft Teams Chat Files to exclude external user
We would like to be able to set it so that external users are not invited to Microsoft Teams Chat Files.
Currently, there is no way to prevent this from happening in the chat settings on the Teams side.
In addition, it is possible to invite external users on Box.(In Japanese)

Verify account existence before triggering password reset email
When I tried to log in and couldn't, I requested to reset my password and received the following message:
We've sent you an email to reset your password
You will receive an email from us in the next few minutes. Click on the link in the email to change your password.After not receiving an email, I tried registering for a new account. It turns out I apparently never had an account.
Before telling users that you are sending a password reset email, maybe CHECK to see if they actually have an account so you can provide useful information?

Ability to retain BoxDrive logs after logout/login.
I'd like BoxDrive logs to be retained after logout/login.
I would like to be able to get the log before I log out even if I have logged out of BoxDrive.
If you want to investigate the logs due to unexpected movement or problems, it will be difficult to investigate afterwards if you log out of the BoxDrive once for data safety and other reasons.

Enhancement to file manager in box
I find box to be a clunky way to collaborate.
This is a linear search for files. Its not obvious how to sort by file name or date. There has to be a better way to organize files and directories. Microsoft file manager is far superior to this.

Alternative Endpoints for API calls
In some regions, using the default endpoint box.com doesn't work or works really slowly. Therefore, box offers different endpoints for different regions. For China, this is (Box Alternate Domains redacted for privacy)

The only available box API to download a file is https://api.box.com/2.0/files/:file_id/content/ respectively https://api.box.com/2.0/zip_downloads/ to download multiple files as a zip, which generates a download URL starting with dl.boxcloud.com.

Provide the ability to have multiple brands under Box
We are a financing company that has a section of our business that operates under "Private Label Branding." This means we are the financing arm "acting" under the brand of our partners. Currently, how box operates provides a unique problem for us. If we want to utilize file sharing with the Private Label End-users, our actual company logo and information is what is seen while having them engage in either typical file sharing/collaboration, and while using the File Request link.

Templates for Comments
When someone sends me a document I did not ask for ... I want to know three things ... what is it ... why are you sending this to me ... and what, if anything, do you want me to do with it ...? Would be nice if I could create a template for comments, like we have in notes, where someone could select a custom template (like the one I just described) and answer it in the comments section of a document.
