Store all generated Box Reports into a Single Shared Folder for the Enterprise

When restoring a version, keep the original Modified Date
When restoring a version, keep the original Modified Date. Creating a new modified date implies that the file was modified when it was not. Versions should be restored to previous state.

Show Auto-Classification Criteria Matches on Classification Label On File
Auto-classification matches are currently stored within metadata on a file. If auto-classification classifies a piece of content, we'd like for the classification label indicator on a file (or hovering over the label) to show what criteria was met which requires a specific label. The purpose of this is to have a visual indicator to reinforce the sensitivity of content within a file.

When selecting a folder to move/copy items to in the Box for EMM/Box app, please make it possible to select from collections as well.
When moving/copying data in Box using iPhone, we need to point to a specific folder from the top hierarchy, which is time-consuming.

You used to be able to enable autoplay for files in a box folder. Now, even if you click on "enable" for autoplay, it does not. Why????

Two factor authentication as standard for business customers
Two factor authentication is the standard for securing accounts. I was therefore surprised to learn that enforcing two factor authentication on the business subscription package is not an option. Requiring two factor authentication is only available on the top enterprise price plans.
This is disappointing, as it means businesses customers who use Box, their staff can bypass any requirement to use two factor authentication. It increases the risk of a breach of company data due to a bad password practices by an employee, like using the same password across many different services. Option to disable preview of PDFs on phone
When I open PDF on iPhone it displays correctly but box preview seems to be ignoring multiply/darken layers and just display them without this. This causes white boxes and images being cut one from another.

thank you for your feedback. This suggestion is not under consideration for the current or future roadmap. After reviewing the shared folder and files we can confirm that preview works fine now.

Allow Bluegroups for centrally managing membership across various box folders for teams.
Every team has multiple Box folders that they use for various purposes. It could be great if BOX could connect with Bluegroups. That way the membership can be added or deleted in one Bluegroup rather than across multiple box folders.

Available get to 'My Collections' other than favorites via API
In 3rd-party app, My Collection is a very good idea as a way to provide quick access to users.
But, it can only take favorites.

V2 Webhook does not have a Webhook for Task operations.

Requests regarding Box For Teams V2
I would like to use the Box For Teams V2 integration, but the following functions are bottlenecks and cannot be used.
Therefore, I want to be able to turn off only the following functions in the tenant settings.
・Automatic creation of Box folders for teams/channels
・Automatic mapping of user permissionsIn most cases, Japanese companies use a controlled system in which the administrator owns the items.
However, if folders are automatically created or permissions are automatically attached with the Box For Teams V2 integration, control cannot be taken, so we requested this.

Usability of action icon
I am using box with google chrome. I always use action icon, dots right side of each file, to download a file, but I cannot select download when browser for box is fitted to main display of laptop because actions are pop-up to upside of a display and cannot be seen every actions.
It is not happened if I see box with second display which is bigger than main one. It must be fixed.1 vote -

The other day, a user “mistakenly” deleted the “All” group from the sharing permissions of our main folder share called “Clients”.

Priority of classification policies in combination with shield detection rules
Hi,
I can currently prioritize classification policies. Unfortunately, the classifications used in this way categorically overwrite those created with box shield's access policies.
For example: I have a classification only with shield access policies.. high confidential. This includes external collaboration restriction, download and print restriction.
It will be set manually on the desired folders. All files in this folder are now protected
Now i also have a classification with classification policies like credit card number or IBAN code. This should inform user automatically that there's a file with (maybe) protectable content.
