Back Button Updates
Could you update Box to have the Back button return you to the same spot you were at before you hit the Back button? Currently it takes you back to the top of the previous page you were on. When you have a list of 200 folders, its very cumbersome to have to scroll through the all the pages just to find where you left off.

Prevent BoxRelay from creating a new folder with the same name
When creating a folder in BoxRelay to store files, if a folder with the same name already exists, I want the files to be stored in the existing folder without creating a new folder.
BoxRelayでフォルダを作成してファイルを格納するとき、すでに同じ名前のフォルダが存在する場合は、新しいフォルダを作成せずに既存のフォルダにファイルが格納されるようにしてほしい。

Relay admin should allow editing of relay flows
Users are confused when going into relay on the Admin dashboard vs. relay on the main toolbar in the user experience. Users should be able to edit relay flows when in the admin dashboard, or there should be clearer messages to users why they can't edit a relay flow in the admin. It leads users to create new workflows because they don't know where to edit the files.

Include file and folder IDs in user activity report
Running a user activity report for a deleted user shows the parent folder names the user was removed from, but no ID so there is no way to determine which folder they were removed from. (i.e. a searching for the parent folder called ACE returns 180 such folders).

Improve messaging when moving folders between owners
Currently in the web app, a co-owner of a folder is able to move that folder to another location with different ownership. It makes sense that this is allowed and I don't want that to change. However, when the user does this action, they are presented first with an error dialog that suggests the action failed. If they click the "Details" button, they then see a confirmation dialog that ultimately lets them complete the operation.
I think a confirmation dialog is appropriate, but it should be presented to the user immediately and not hidden behind the initial error dialog.

Preview Accuracy
I understand that preview currently can not guarantee perfect accuracy and failing perfecting it which is the ideal solution, we'd like to be able to use MSFT online with read-only privileges. This would enable users with read-only access to still see the content displayed correctly whilst not being able to make changes or download.

The JUMP, the next upgrade from Personal Pro $79.99 a year, only 100GB storage to 3 users Business a year is: $540
a huge GAP. It would have been nice to have something in between. For small users like me, 1 User 1TB or 2 TB of space for an extra fee. Please, your platform and service is very good. I have DropBox, lots of space BUT not friendly and cumbersome navigation, can’t stand it.1 vote -
Manage collections folder through sub-collections
I have too many Box folders shared with me and they all show up under "All Files". Collections is a good way to organize but I need to have a hierarchy/folder structure for Collections. Currently this can only be achieved through faking a folder structure through naming.
example
Project1
Project1-subproject1
Project1-subproject 2Being able to create sub collections would solve this.
Currently my Box account is a huge mess of shared folders.Cheers,

Enterprise account (HIPAA compliance) for ONE
Please make HIPAA compliance/BA agreement available for Business with only ONE employee. It's not affordable for me to continue to use box if I have to pay for Enterprise Account with a minimum of three users just to get this option.

Select all the files in the folder and easily move or copy them
I need a feature that allows me to select all the files in a folder (or similar features) and easily move or copy them.
Because, when we use "Ctrl + A" to select all the files, it takes a lot of time to load all the items, so it's not possible to actually select all the files in the folder with "Ctrl + A".5 votes -
Collaborator files from Box Drive not showing up on Box.com
Ever since we updated our systems to macOS Ventura we've encountered many issues with Box Drive, now we are not seeing files from other collaborators that they report to have synced showing up on other peoples Drive or on Box.com at all. Box Drive has become unreliable lately, and users are being forced to manually upload files via desktop to ensure their files sync. Please fix!

Ability to Pin Box note to the top of a box folder
I would like to be able to pin a box note to the top of the folder list within a box folder. (I set up folders for project teams and I generate a box note for the document and information management guidelines for the team. It would be good if it was at the top of the list (or pinned to the side).

Make it easier to share with Box App Service Accounts or App Users
It'd be nice to allow users to be able to share with Service Accounts and App Users via the Service Account's application name and the App User's user name like how it works with other users rather than having to directly input the email addresses like "AutomationUser1234567aBC12DeF3g@boxdevedition.com" or "AppUser12345671aB2CDEfgh@boxdevedition.com"

Export the accessing users area and their IP addresses to the access statistics reports
It will be more convenient if the accessing users area and their IP addresses is exported in the access stats report.
We can see the areas where the accessing users are and their IP addresses in "the access stats dialog box".
However, when we export access statistics, we can't export the above information. As we know, the activity reports can help us as a way to see the user's operation history and IP address,
But I think those information should be exported to the access statistics reports, not just displayed in the dialog box.9 votes -
Box Sign - Specify signing order by default
As noted in Case #2630936, we would like to have "specify signing order" to enable by default, either it's on user profile level or at the enterprise level.

"Recents" feature - Feedback
There is a box notification above "Updates" page that states the following:
"Box has decided to end of life (EOL) the Updates feature on August 31, 2022. As an alternative to Updates, please use Recents to access content you have recently interacted with."As "Recents" feature does not offer any information about other users' interaction in shared files and folders (comments, uploads, views, etc) and, additionally, the notification system does not work for most of these instances (comments without tagging, uploading, etc) or does not work well enough (many times there is no notification or it is well delayed), this…

Need Permission level between Viewer/Uploader and Editor
Viewer/Uploader is good, but, not good enough for all use cases; and Editor is too much--especially for external collaborators.
External collaborators need to be able to fix problems they accidentally create (e.g. uploading the wrong file) or wanting to change the name of a folder when they realize that the current name may be confusing (who hasn't done that?).
I agree with others' comments that there needs to be a permissions level between Viewer/Uploader and Editor. I can see at least four possible solutions:
1) Allow collaborators to rename a folder/file. This could help with the accidental upload as well…

Logging in to Box from a shared link should not redirect to home
With the current iteration of Box, when you follow a shared link while not logged in, the only way to log in is to click "Go to My Account" which directs you to your home page on your Box Account. This requires re-following the link again to get to the shared item as a logged in user. This adds several additional clicks to the simple task of following a shared link from an internal email regarding new comments on an item, for example.
This was not the case in the past, where there was a "Log In to My Account"…
