Bring the Box for Google Docs & Sheets up to date with the native Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, including implementing the eg locking cells, Macros, add-ons etc so customers can really stay on Box and not have to go through other apps/UIs.

Ability to logout and delete cache from Box Drive on OS reboot
Currently, it is necessary to logout/login to clear the cache and errors, but this is troublesome.
The burden of performing this operation on a regular basis is on the end user.It would be easier to use if the logout/deletion of the cache could be done on OS reboot.

File request custom theme transparent logo suggestion tooltip
When putting themes for file request, using logos with existing color backgrounds does not look as clean. It would be great to add a tooltip suggestion to use a transparent logo for the user designing the theme.

For the purpose of strictly protecting confidential information, we want to make it impossible to change from strict to loose permissions, even for users who have the authority to change classification labels. However, with the current Shield function, it is not possible to set the priority of changeability.

Empty Folder Notification
Someway to turn on notification based on folder or another relay.

Box drive's system extension update
I am running BoxDrive version 2.23.422
After I upgrade my Mac (for example, from BigSur 11.5 -> 11.6), I get an error dialog the first time I try to open Box Drive. It says "Box Drive's system extension failed to load. Please make sure it has been enabled in System Preferences > Security & Privacy and then restart your computer. ....".
Reinstalling Box Drive and restarting the computer doesn't fix it. I found a workaround at https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360051323454-Box-Drive-s-system-extension-failed-to-load which fixes it, but I have to apply that workaround each time I upgrade my computer. I want to be able to make annotations permanent in PDFs and other documents.
Good morning. I am new to Box. I would like to be able to make permanent annotations to documents (such as a PDF) and then be able to share that annotated document without having to do the annotations in another app and then re-upload them into Box. It seems like a waste of time when I am trying to streamline the process of document review. I think that many people would appreciate the ability to do this. Thank you for your consideration! Improve Relay workflow search bar (end user view)

Turn off notifications
Turn off notifications for the owner of the account on specific tasks not pertaining to this individual. The account owner is receiving notifications for everyone else's tasks and assignments.

Dynamic File Requests
The ability to utilize File Request to send dynamic file requests. We often request multiple files from our clients. These requests can be 25+ items. It would be beneficial to send a list of required information where the client (external user) could could upload the requested file and the file would retain the name of the item on the original list.
The ability for external users (those with the file request) to see what items on the request list have been fulfilled and which items are still outstanding would be ideal.

Mentions
Specify multiple people at once when commenting on a comment.
You can use @mentions to notify users of files in Box, but I think it is extremely inefficient to have to enter the user name from @ every time.
However, we think it is extremely inefficient to have to type the username from @ every time.

Add the ability for previewer/uploader, viewer, and previewer to preview video files that contain watermarks.
Currently, due to the specifications in the following article, previewer/uploader, viewer, and previewer cannot preview watermark enabled video files from Box.
Box Notes, video, audio, flash, .msi, .exe, .zip, and 3D files do not support watermarking. Enabling this feature prevents previewer uploaders, viewers and previewers from viewing these file types.

Block single user
Our security has deemed a single email as suspicious. We would like to block this single email from connecting to our Box, or being collaborated into our Box.
With Shield we can block the whole domain, but that approach is too broad and would limit too many valid email addresses.

allow user to set view-only mode
Allow me to read a box document or folder in read-only mode. If I accidentally touch or slip with the mouse - I modify the folder/document. "UNDO" will only do a little bit - but in this case I KNOW I am only browsing a folder that I will be contributing to. It's a bit of a downer to see a document marked as modified today (last modification was a year ago by the document creator) because I missed the CTRL button and typed a "c" into the text. Download selected version when preview unavailable
Download currently selected version in main window when preview is unavailable on Box.com
Presently, if the preview is unavailable when reviewing file versions, there is a "Preview is unavailable" message and a "Download" button appears there, but it only downloads the current (latest) version, not the version selected in the side bar.
While the file is available in the side bar with the ellipses, the download button does not indicate that is will only download the latest version, and not the version selected (but not preview able) in the side. This has caused confusion with our employees as our large…
