Increase signature size in Box-sign on saved document
Once a document is signed, the signature is so small it is barely legible. It is declined frequently because it is not legible. It should be a larger size - i.e. like DocuSign.

Feedback Area in Mobile app and Web app
Should be interesting to have some area to send feedback in the mobile app and web app or maybe some link to redirect to this page. It was difficult for me, for me, to discover this page to send a simple feedback. It will turn easy for the users to send ideas and some issues

Download a List of Folders
An option to download a .csv (or other convertible file) of the text titles of folders within a main folder.
(I am requesting as I need to verify contents in several hundred folders, and cannot easily keep track of what folder has or needs content. But also because I know other would find this useful for their own purposes as well)

group admin to receive Shield alert and see shield dashboard
I would like to have group admin to be able to receive the Shield alert and also be able to see the Shield dashboard.

Provide the option of skipping files that have already previously been uploaded when loading a batch of files instead of creating "versions"
When I select all the files in a directory and drop them to Box.com, I need the ability to tell the system to skip any files that are already there and only upload the ones that are new. Currently, the system repeatedly uploads identical files and keeps creating "versions" each time the directory gets updated. It doesn't have to be the default behavior, since I assume there are use cases where versioning makes sense. Ability to have an Access Rule that limits an anonymously shared link to an IP address range.
We have documents stored in Box that we have used the anonymous shared link option. The reason we need this link is to manage the number of Box licenses. We have a large number for folks that need to view or download these documents and do not need to update or edit them. So a license does not make sense for them. Box Search - Search for infixes and suffices, not only prefixes
While Box supports prefix matching on titles, Box does not support suffix (end of the word) matching in the title or body content, or infix (middle of the word) matching in the title or body content. For example, a search on “cal” would match results for a file named “California” but not “decal” or “recall”.

Would like to be able to automatically export csv of a content insights from multiple files.
Now a day, many users would like to get easily insight which contents is most popular is. Box is strong to input and sharing, but hopefully give us valuable insight data output from contents easily.

Box Drive Moving a Folder Off of Drive Fully Deletes it From Box for Mac FPE Users, Folder Lock API Enhancements
For PC Users on Drive (and historically for Mac users), when you move a folder from Box Drive onto your Desktop, it simply makes a copy of that folder and leaves the original in Box.
However, for Mac Users on the new FPE version of Box Drive, if they move a folder from Drive onto the Desktop, it fully deletes the folder from Box.

Control Outbound Collaboration in Box Shield
Box shield collaboration policies only seem to apply to inbound collaboration (i.e. sharing from one's own tenant to an external account). We need the ability to have fine-grained controls on what invites a managed user can accept from external tenants.

Notification text update
Remove images from notifications and limit text size to no more than 12 point. Current images and excessively large text make previewing of notifications impossible.

Box Shuttle - Ability to View and Modify Queued Migrations order
It would be nice to be able to see what I've added to the queue, the ability to delete a queued migration or re-order it. It would also be great if you could note which can be ran simultaneously and which should be ran one after the other.

Private annotations
It would be helpful for us to have annotations that are private to the user writing them, rather than being shared with everyone else. This should be a setting an admin would be able to force on a folder so that users can't mistakenly create public annotations.

Add ability to add symbols or words on different parts of the post-its on canvas
We're using the canvas to plan project activities and sequence them using a pull planning methodology. It would be helpful if we could edit the top part or bottom part of the note that is currently unused margin to add comments.
We'd like to add durations like 2w, 1d, etc or a symbol that means something in one corner or a champion in another. Sort of like headers and footers on a word document but for the notes.3 votes -
Ability to change file/folder name rich text
It would be lovely if a user could change the font/color/bold/underline on file and folder names.
We have a scenario where we are going to "archive" certain shared folders and lump them under a single folder but it would be nice if we could change the color of the text of the folder name to say red and maybe make it bold. It would stand out in the list of all folders in the root.2 votes -

Permanently mark a file as not malicious
We had a user (with Box Drive) who had a file marked as malicious. She apparently made a change to a local copy and added it back to her folder, causing it to be marked as malicious a second time. In fairness, the hash is different, since the file changed. When I looked at the first event, I ran the file through VT, and the results came back as all clean, so I marked it as not malicious.
