Fix the display of "More Options" menus from file lists
Clicking the "..." (More Options) menu popup from a file list often results in a truncated menu being displayed, rendering several options unreachable. I should not have to load a preview of a file in order to upload a new version. This is a UI defect.

Support infix (middle of the word) matching such as %ox%.
It would be more efficient if infix matching is available for at least metadata search, or even just metadata search and folder/file name search.

Allow deleted Collection items to be restored or undo option
Today if you click the dropdown for a collection, it is easy to unintentionally click the delete button for a collection item based on the above collection still loading. If an item is unintentionally deleted from a collection, the end user should have the ability to restore the deleted item so it is not permanently lost.

I prefer Google Docs/Sheets over Box Notes because of this functionality.
Adding this functionality would be a huge value add.

Launch Zoom inside of Box
Launch a Zoom video from directly inside of Box web UI, Box Notes, etc.
The same way that you can launch a Google Meet video conference directly inside of Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.

Offer a separate, dedicated UI for classrooms. "Box Classroom."

Allow non-admin users to export the access stats for enterprises that enables Restrict Content Creation
We would like to unlock the limitation mentioned in the below article and allow end users to a report of access stats by themselves.

Box Capture App needs a back button
Better navigation through the Box Capture app would be great. Since there is no BACK button, there is no way to easily navigate through the application which is a great. Having this option would make it easy to toggle back and forth between sub-folders and help speed up uploading information to their corresponding folders - Henry

Ability to close the black box at bottom of documents containing zoom features, pages and other editing tools
A black box appears on the pdf documents we use.
It contains zoom features, pages and other editing tools.
Unfortuantely, it blocks important client info on our documents.
Many times you can't get it to disappear.
Would like a function where you could close the box on command, and then refresh if you want it back.2 votes -
Ability to right click image in Box Note to get Box link to image
It would great if when you right click an image, if there was an option to get a Box Link to the image. Right now, when I need to pull an image to share from a BoxNote, I have to right click it, and save it to my desktop & then upload to Box.

Please add the ability to password-protect Box Notes.
Hi..I'd really, really, really love to be able to password-protect Box Notes.
I'm not talking about sharing things via links, rather... have docs I keep on my home computer that I regularly access on my phone. On the phone is fine -- I have the Box app set up to require FaceID to open it -- but on my home computer, there's no security (besides the password to simply log into my actual computer). It would be great if there was active protection on Notes everywhere.

New Authentication Process at sign in
The new authentication process is forcing us to use two step authentication even with our ATB Email address' every time we enter or come back after a period of time.
I am really hopeful that this is being looked into as its the most inconvenient. Our CSR's do not have business devices for google authenticator nor does the text feature seem to work to the branch office phones and when you ask it to call it takes a bit for the phones to ring and connect and cuts half the message off so we don't get a code. Noting a collaborator's actions, even if just comments
When a collaborator enters a file online and makes comments, that should register as a change to the file date and note who. Also, comments should sync to the local drive.

(Android) Usage of Android App Bundles
This would reduce the installation size of Box by a significant amount on Android devices. I personally suffer from inadequate storage space, so this would be extremely useful for users like me.

Update Notes prompt that appears when returning to a boxnote
Currently the message that is displayed when a user returns to a box note is "you don't have access to this file"
This is should be changed to something to the effect of "please refresh to work on this file" or something like that1 vote -
Offer preview of images for Box Drive or Box Sync.
As a designer, when working on a publication, it would be helpful to be able to have a preview of images saved in Box for quicker identification directly from the Desktop Box Drive. Right now, we have to preview with Finder, which is an additional step and makes the process cumbersome. Thank you for your consideration.
