Ability to overwrite original file with the signed file
Allow for the signed file to overwrite the original file. Access permissions would need to be set. Unsigned document can be access from Version history.

Customized email subject for Box updates
I make Outlook email rules to keep all my projects organized, however I have multiple projects in Box . Issue being Box Update emails have zero reference to project or main folder name, so if I make a rule for Box Updates all my box updates get lumped in to one Outlook email folder. If there is any way to customize the email notifications(either custom project name or main folder name), please let me know. That would be very helpful

UI update - icon when Box Notes is downloaded
Please improve not to appear "upper right icon" text message like "Displayed X days ago" when the Box Notes is downloaded.

Sign on behalf" or Delegate
Need ability to have an option on signature page where you can choose to forward to someone else to "sign on behalf" in addition to "reassignment". Use case comes up when a admin assistant or designated party can sign "Jane x on behalf of John" versus just capturing Jane's signature when reassigned.

Auto-creation of Folder Tree through Box for Salesforce
To create a new workspace through the VisualForce window for Box in Salesforce, you click a button. I'd like to be able to set a folder tree structure through the Box Settings in Salesforce so that every time I click that button, Box automatically makes the same folder tree structure for every new workspace.

Make it possible to re-order outcomes in a flow
Currently it is impossible to re-order outcomes in a flow. This makes it very hard to implement changes and maintain workflows. It would be very handy to be able to change the order of outcomes in a flow the same way it is possible to change order of flows in a workflow.

Generate report that includes folders where users have set notifications
We need a report that allows us to see which folders users have set notifications for.
If there is a problem that does not get notified, the administrator can check the report to find out what is going on.（In Japanese）

Unify the operation when tapping a shared link on a mobile terminal.

Approval Task With Box Relay Enhancements
When allocating approval tasks in Box Relay, users are able to uncheck the "Invite the person in charge as a viewer" function.

Forcing a page refresh when access is revoked
Currently within the webapp, if someone created a public link and scope of the link access changes from "People with the link" to either of the more restrictive options, the user can still view contents of the page despite getting an updated floating notification that says "Sorry, you no longer have access to this note."

Scheduled Lock/Unlock capability
Add a feature that where owners can set up a reoccurring automated lock and unlock for day and time of the week. Same as you see in office outlook for reoccurring meetings, but with a locked file. This way users can only access the file/log during specific times and the owner can work the file when it's locked again. Currently, this is all manual and can cause issues when a report is still locked and users in different time zones need to add items to a log before a specific time in PST. SFDC Box Plugin - Limit Navigation
Allow for a flag on the Visualforce page - to limit the navigation to the specific folder of the asset linked.
Meaning if viewing Account "12345" and a box folder is created, then the lowest that can be navigated to is "account 12345" and any of it's subfolders..

Users who have permission to output reports should be able to select "target folders and files" within the scope of their access rights
Under the current specification, only administrators or authorized co-administrators can select the "target folders and files" when outputting the User Activity Report.

Continue to see the folder that a user is invited to after accepting invitation, though they may have access to the parent folder.
If you have access rights to a folder higher than the invited folder, when you click "Accept invitation", the invited folder should be displayed.
