Add "expand all" flag for annotations
Currently, all point/comment annotations are collapsed by default.
If a user leaves many annotations on a multi page document, this can lead to some point annotations being missed.
There should be an expand all option to mitigate this.

Show "editing" or "active" icon next to the filename in file list
Similar to "lock" icon displayed next to the filename, display editing or active icon when someone is touching or editing the file.
This may be similar feature as file "presence" feature, but the user would be able to figure it out from the list of files.6 votes -

If the Box Web UI window is too small you can't see the "size" column since it is far off on the right.
This could be mitigated by either allowing users to re-arrange their columns or providing a horizontal scroll bar.

Box Drive should change the way it handles files being moved into folder with unsupported file names.
Currently, if a folder has an unsupported name and content is moved into it on Box, that content immediately becomes a problem item on Box Drive and the move is not reflected. This leads to the file count in the folder being off when looking at the properties from windows explorer.

Folders inside Box folder respect global folder view settings (e.g. icon size, etc.)
I understand this is a known product limitation, but is a pain point for our users.

Users want to customize their "home" Box page to limit # of folders in view
Users would ideally like to be able to create folders within their own home screen to sort & categorize folders they've been granted access to.
These folders would be for personal organizational purposes, but would not actually impact the folder structure overall. This group felt that the Favorites feature was not sufficient on its own.

Deletion specific reporting
A deletion specific reporting tool would help us locate deleted files that we don't know the owner or deleter of.

User Activity report: Add number of folders user has been invited into and number of folders user has invited others into".
This requires a lot of Excel merging today and not easy to get to this information.

Ability to export Security Logs via the API
Currently, the only content available via the API is the content that is included in User Activity reports.
