  1. Have the ability to retroactively expire shared links.

    If I understand correctly, the only way we can go back and fix this for existing folders is to create an application that does this through the API or send a request to end users to fix folders they own. Is that correct?

    It might be helpful to include a functionality in the future that allows an Admin to reset that setting for existing folders in the environment.

  2. List/dashboard of all extant Single File & Folder collaborations created by end users.

    We want the ability for end users audit/control all extant collaborations, across single file collaborations and folder collaborations. Essentially a list of all collaborations, along with checkboxes where you can remove collaborations en masse.

  3. Add a filter term to filter between App Users and Managed Users when making a get enterprise users call

    Currently, the only filter terms when getting a list of enterprise users allow admins/co-admins to filter between managed users, external users, or both managed and external (all). An admin should be able to further filter managed users to return either App Users or standard managed users.

    We added the ability to filter out app users in the UI recently, and adding this functionality to the API is under consideration. We will provide updates if this item makes it onto our roadmap, but we would like to see more customer requests for this API enhancement.

  4. List of all single file AND folder collaborations for user(s)

  5. Upload button for co-admin when Restrict Content Creation (without needing to have manage users option)

    When "Restrict content creation" is turned on, a co-admin is not able to upload files/content unless they have the co-admin access "Manage users" options switched on.

    The client would like co-admin to be able to create content without having the ability to see all users in Box

  20. Allow Viewer permission when inviting a collaborator through Single File Collab

    Right now, editor is the only immediate permission available, but users can be changed to "viewer" after the fact. It's just an extra step.
