Allow Importing of slides templates to google slides
Want to be able to import slide templates/themes to Google Slides created from Box.
This feature is available in google slides that are created from Google Drive but somehow not an option in BOX. (https://support.google.com/a/users/answer/9308838?hl=en)

Restrict users to only some Shield label
Currently you can choose which users can put Shield label to contents.
However, this setting is for the whole tenant but I would like to set different types of users to some Shield label that does not apply to all the Shield labels.3 votes -
Box Relay: ability to save draft of workflows without setting all the required fields
When we create new workflows or edit existing workflows in Box Relay, we cannot save draft until we complete all the required fields. So we sometimes have to re-create workflows from the begging if we cannot fill in all the fields.
It would be more convenient if we can save draft without setting all the required fields, especially when we create new workflows.3 votes -
Box Web - make file icons smaller
Prologis would like the large file icons in All Files > recent files to be smaller. As they are now, they aren't very helpful - the previews are too small, and you can't see the full name of the file, making it difficult to identify.

Firefox ESR support
Firefox ESR support should be supported for at least 1 year without being included in the last 2 release major versions.

Include owner of the relevant file in the notification e-mail when the collaboration is terminated.
Currently, the following information is included in notification e-mails when a collaboration is canceled.
"There is one collaborator to be removed-[name] - [folder name] - [date to be removed]."The current notification email has no information about who the collaborator is.
Please include the owner's information in the notification email so that we can contact the owner.3 votes -
Link to reset password available to admin
When sending Users the link to reset password. The Admin should be able to see the link in case the user doesnt get the email. The admin should be able to see it to copy and paste it and send it thru outlook email. In case the user is on the suppression list.

Creating multiple triggers in Relay
We created a workflow to create subfolders automatically. The ability to create subsequent triggers in those subfolders would be helpful. (i.e. folder A is manually created, folder a1, a2, a3, are automatically created. When a file is uploaded in folder a2, do outcomes 1-3)

No (additonal) Box license should be needed for external guests who have their own box domain
Guest access should be useable with all Box subscriptions. No (additional) Box license should be necessary.
Also if guests have their own box domain, no (additional) Box license should be necessary for both parties.

Cancel a direct upload in progress through API
When a direct upload begins via an API, there is no option to stop/cancel the upload while it is in progress. A file can only be deleted after a successful upload.
Provide an option to stop/revert upload via an API. If a user realizes that he/she has uploaded the wrong file and wishes to cancel the upload while in progress is not possible.
Canceling an upload while in progress is possible through box webpage but not through via.

Ability to export file requests dashboard
With time, many file requests have been created. The file request dashboard is a welcome addition, however additional features would be needed so we can actually take actions:
- export all active file requests filtered by Box Group so that we can share that with champions for different departments to look into
- search/filter by user and folder name3 votes -
Ability to identify meta data returned being customer inputted or Box System generated
When using the method to return all metadata file.getAllMetadata();
The response seems to be returning numerous sets of metadata templates that are attached to the file, both customer created and Box system related.
It would be good if there was an attribute / flag to filter out values that are customer entered vs Box System generated.

Create a subflow for rejected files in Box Relay
In Box Relay, when an approval task occurs and the file is rejected, there should be an option to create a subflow for the rejection. Right now, we can only set-up a task or do nothing.
We use metadata to categorize our files and trigger other relays. Right now, both unprocessed files and rejected files have no tag, because the rejected task workflow does not allow more actions to be taken on the file.
We would like to be able to create a general task for our users, tag the file, and move the rejected file to a separate folder,…

Better Signature frame & center align
BoxSign signature frame size can be made fix & center align, follow the original document sign frame, so the signature size auto-fit to the frame size.

File preview could use "Preview As..." option
Some people such as programmers use ".out" as a file extension for a text file. Although Box has done much work to support various filetypes in preview mode, Box does not offer a "Preview As Text" option as far as I can tell. It would be helpful to allow users to open files with "Open as text".

Pause and Resume Uploads or downloads to or from Box
The ability to Pause Downloads + Uploads so that Resource intensive tasks on other software can be carried out on a single computer/device without being slowed down by Box Transferring large amounts of data to/from the device to cloud. The ability to resume Downloads + Uploads after resource intensive tasks are completed.
Not everyone/every company has the budget to have expensive "workhorse" computers or Gigabit internet (not to mention a lot of places dont even have gigabit internet. (Im lucky enough to have access to both where I work and I STILL run into issues from time to time)

Having the activity in a document be printed with it or saved underneath. Like a printable view that salesforce has for their items.

Change Geographic Activity highlighted country from blue to red
When the geographic activity shows the activity of a country it is circled blue. Can you change the circle blue into something like red because it is sometimes hard to see the circle since the colour is similar to the map.

Speed displayed in grid view
I would like to request an improvement so that even if it is displayed in the grid view, it will be previewed in a few seconds.
It takes time to find the desired image file in the grid view, which is inefficient.
For example, if you display a folder with a large number of files in the grid view, it will be previewed little by little every few files, and it took about 2 minutes to display 374 files.3 votes -
Save file preferences
The classification of my preferences of how I want the files to appear are not saved and you have to be changing it every so often, it is quite annoying
