Sharable waiver link through Box Sign
It would be incredibly helpful if you could share a waiver through Box Sign with a sharable link rather than manually imputting each email individually

Additional users need to have the capability to enable Sign feature
Need the ability for more than one person to have the highest admin level of access to the product. Your support stated that only one person can enable the Sign feature in the product. This isn't viable in business. That admin becomes a single point of failure

Box Relay: Remove Collaborators and Shared Links
We would like the ability to use Box Relay to automatically remove all Collaborators and Shared Links from a folder and all of the sub-items within that folder.
This functionality would be used to secure company files when an employee is off-boarded and ideally this process would be generated by placing a folder within another folder.1 vote -
Embedded Widget Video or Link Video
For Videos that are Tagged for View Only (Embedded or Link) types... Remove the Log in and Sign Up options on the Top Right of the Video Player. My goal is to eliminate the possible Move away from my Web Page that is presenting the Video so that I can take full advantage of my Visitor's presence.

Quicker way to export legal hold info at scale
For enterprises that leverages Legal Holds at a very large scale (hundred of them or more) some would like a quicker snapshot to see which users are custodians under legal holds in their environment, and how much content is being affected (in GBs, without listing every individual piece) without running hundreds of legal holds reports individually to gather this data. A quick check like this would then allow them to decide which legal holds they need to run more granular reports on, saving time and resources

Box Sign on Paper
Box Sign is currently only allowing parties to sign electronically. However, in some countries electronic signature is not fully regulated. Therefore, counter-parties cannot sign electronically. This is very beneficial to allow counter-parties to print, sign and upload the signed document. This is similar to the feature that DocuSign offers. Import shield classification pattern values from a xls or doc
Ability to import custom terms from a xls - the ability to import any shield value (ex email domains) from a xls or doc is important because that is how they manage such lists with other applications

Improved messaging for "Share" dialog box and handling of Links
I have been using Box for a couple of years and still find the Share function and creation of Links very confusing and non-intuitive. For example, what are "Invited People?" and how are they different than 'People with the Link?" Why have 2 different places to copy the link? One is on the first dialog box and it appears that one takes the viewer to Box.com and they can view or download the file, but then if you click on "Link Settings" adifferent dialog box opens and there is another link you can copy. This one says Direct Link above…

Expose Box's "Notification Email" field to SAML provisioning and syncing
The "Notification Email" functionality in Box is very helpful for @mentions, file sharing invites and other user notificaitons that need to go to an email address other than the email address used to sign into Box. This can be the necessary when a company has subsidiaries on a common directory infrastructure, but one or more subsidiaries is still maintain the old email identities for day to day work. There are likely other reasons to use this field.

Ability to link the task function of MS Teams to the task function of Box
Request a function that can link the task function of Box and the task function of Teams of M365.
Specifically, I want to be able to manage tasks from the task function of Teams, although the content exists on Box.Currently, it is necessary to receive task notifications by e-mail, access BoxWeb and approve them, but by implementing this function, it is possible to receive and approve notifications at the same time, improving business efficiency.

Allow variables for folder name creation
I need to create unique folder names as part of Folder Action outcome in Relay. This could be a simple as appending a date stamp or date/time stamp to the end of the predefined folder name, or use the file name that triggered the workflow as the folder name. Some options for creating discrete files names would be very helpful.

Hide user in autocomplete
Similar to how you can hide users from the GAL in Exchange, I would like the ability to hide certain accounts from the auto complete when adding as a collaborator. You would still be able to invite the user by entering in the full email address.

UI display on box links to indicate utility of Box for ECI or CUI
I just noticed the ECI/CUI restrictions on shared Box folders. The fact that I was caught off guard about these restrictions, even though it is very clearly written at the time of requesting a Global Share folder, means I suspect many others LM employees are as well. I am concerned about the potential for misuse, especially the way Box was sold as DX for LM, etc. It seems like ANY shared Box link should have a large, bold banner that says NO ECI or CUI permitted.
Parenthetically, these restrictions make Box useless for all of my programs and projects.

Launch study.ambradicom files on double-click
BOX is retiring their DICOM solution at the end of the year, and replacing it with Ambra DICOM. Study files created by the old BOX solution are named "Study.boxdicom" and can be launchd into the BOX DICOM viewer by simply double-clicking on the filename. This is not true for the new Ambra "study,ambradicom" files. In order to view them, you have to clcik on the triple-ellipses. select "Integrations", and then "View DICOM".
I would like to have the ability to simply double-click on the new "study.ambradicom" filename and have it launch the Ambra viewer.

Ability to have Automatic sorting enabled post file rename
It would be nice to have Box simply update a name after the file has been renamed. As of right now, it's difficult to start on a folder renaming image files, closing out, then coming back in and all of the files have been automatically sorted alphabetically, which is a nightmare for images that have ascending or descending filenames. If we could just save changes as-is and have everything still in place when we log back in after closing out of the folder, that would be very useful so that one could simply pick back up where they left off.

Add .pxd file extensions to the approved list of files supported. This if for an illustration software called Pixelmator Pro.

Ability to claim a domain so that all Box Sign contracts being requested for signature cannot be signed, except by approved people.

This is so that unauthorized people do not sign contracts on behalf of our entire company.
