I’d like the workflow error messages to include specific details about what the problem is.
Now that BoxAutomate has been released, I’m really excited about all the new possibilities it will unlock inside Box.
However, with the current specifications, when an error occurs in a workflow, a message is displayed, but it doesn’t tell us what exactly went wrong.
With things the way they are, it’s impossible for us to fix the workflow on our own. It’s like being told, “Something’s broken… somewhere… good luck!”
To enable users to fix errors by themselves, we’d like the error messages to clearly specify the detailed points where the problem occursワークフローでエラーが発生した場合、メッセージが表示されるが、具体的にどこが問題なのかが分からないです。
これではワークフローを自分たちで修正することもできません。

Allow for Duplication of Automate Workflows and Creation of Automate Templates
Currently, Relay has the ability to duplicate workflows, but Automate does not. We can also create templates for Relay workflows, but not for Automate. Automate should have the same capabilities.

AI Summarize document content capability for Signers
Hi Box Team,
We would love to see Box AI integrated directly into the Box Sign experience for signers.
Currently, if an executive or legal rep wants to summarize a contract or check key terms before signing, they have to download the document and upload it to a separate AI tool. This creates extra steps and pulls them entirely out of the Box ecosystem.
Bringing Box AI into the signer view would allow users to securely review documents without leaving the workflow. It would also help Box Sign match industry standards set by platforms like DocuSign, where native AI review…

Box Sign Templates: ability to retain recipient details (e.g. email address, SMS authentication phone numbers)
In Box Sign templates, we would like the ability to retain recipient details such as email addresses and SMS authentication phone numbers.
Currently, these values must be entered manually each time, which increases the risk of input errors and reduces operational efficiency.
As an alternative, it would be helpful to have one of the following features:The ability to save and select recipients (including phone numbers) from a “favorites” or predefined list
The ability to export and import template settings, including recipient informationThese enhancements would significantly improve usability, reduce human error, and streamline repetitive workflows.

Enable external users to have Editor or Co-Owner permissions
External users can only be given Viewer permissions which limits the functionality of Hubs. It would be useful if they could have Editor or Co-Owner permissions just like they can for folders.

I would like to have sequential audio playback for audio files in the same folder (like a playlist)
I would like a feature where audio files that are in the same folder to automatically reproduce one after the other without having to start each one everytime (like a playlist)

Embedded Widget wont load on my website if third-party cookies are blocked in the browser
Recent changes by Box have made the embedded Widget I have been using for years useless. None of my clients allow third-party cookies by their browsers. They have been uploading files to me for years but now must "grant access" and approve cookies by Box, sometimes a four-step process to get access via the Widget on my website. Not workable. Will use a One-Drive link to solve, but disappointed. Your support team suggested I send my issue to you.

Allow Auto-creation and Auto-deletion of Box folders in NetSuite per record
Introduce functionality within the Box–NetSuite integration to automatically create associated Box folders when a NetSuite record is created, eliminating the need for users to manually click the “Default” button.
Additionally, enable automatic deletion of the corresponding Box folder when the related NetSuite record is deleted, ensuring better data hygiene and consistency between systems.
As part of this enhancement, provide administrators or consultants with the ability to toggle this feature on or off by record type, allowing organizations to apply automation selectively based on their business needs.Benefits:

Restrict CLI authentication to specific users
In Box Clients, the only options for CLI authentication are to enable or disable it for all users. I would like to be able to enable it for specific users only.

Security Control - Download and Print Restriction, possibility for Owners/Co-owners and Editors to be excluded from this restriction.
Currently, for managed users it's possible to restrict all users except Owners/Co-owners and Editors.

Have "View" functionality available when selecting "include sub-folders"
At this time, when running a report and toggling on the "include subfolders" option, the "View" option is not supported. A "No matching results found" message appears or the previewed actions don't take the selected folders into consideration.
The generated report does show the correct actions with the selected filters, but there's a need for better previewing before running the report. This will allow admins to have a clearer understanding of what will be in the final report.

Add per-role cap for external collaborator invitations at the enterprise and group level
Proposed solution
Add a Maximum External Collaboration Role setting in Admin Console > Enterprise Settings > Content & Sharing that:-Caps the highest role a managed user can grant to external collaborators(or internal as well).
-Removes higher roles from the invite dropdown so the limit is visible at the point of action.
-Applies globally with optional overrides per group, per user, and per folder (respecting "most restrictive wins").Why it matters

Custom ready-sign link landing page
We use Ready-Sign Links for an Education Assistance program. It would be very helpful if we could customize the landing page when we create the template:
- Colors
- Logo
- Text to introduce what’s it aboutThe benefit is that if we could do this when creating the RSL Template, we would not need to coordinate with our IT/website owners on adapting or creating a new page where this link lives. Even simple branding items like this enhance our end users' experience and reduce confusion or hesitation.

Validate Form fields in Box Forms via field matching
For Bxo Forms, it would be critical for us to have form validation fields that require two fields to be matched. Simply, this can be used in scenarios where someone must enter an email twice to ensure that the email address is correct and without typos.
This would then provide greater assurance that Box Sign workflows we have set up will be sent to the right individual rather than bouncing because they had a typo.

Add ability to add a custom image for the banner on File Request pages like is available on Box Hubs
Please add the ability to upload a custom image for the banner on File Request pages just as you do on Hubs. This would solve for the issue of the tiny logo area available for File Request pages and would also allow for a more seamless transition on different pages in Box (Hubs and File Requests for example)

Re-add capability to get more custom colors (including Hex Value) for File Request page banner
Very recently a customization was removed from Box File Request theme settings that our managed users (about 3700 currently) used to use frequently. This was the ability to choose from the whole spectrum of colors (getting as specific as Hex Value) for the banner on File Request pages.
Our users own their own businesses, and the current selection of colors sometimes does not always correspond well to the logo image that they have uploaded. This makes the page not look professional and lowers the validity of our users' businesses. Please re-add this capability soon!1 vote
