We are currently considering how to address customers’ needs for dealing with inactive content.
Reporting functionality for inactive content will be considered at a later date as we enable our customers to manage such content.

Admin Insights Map improvement
Extremely important that the Geographic location visualisation (map) for Admin Insights allows full detail drill down to identify the specific actions, ip address & user that has triggered an action at a given location.

Currently the only categories in bulk add are:
Name Email Groups Storage Restrict external collaborationWould be helpful to be able to bulk designate admins at this time, especially for sandbox environments.

Shield Integration Restrictions - Block All for Read Restriction
Right now, the Access Policy new security control called Integration Restriction only has the following options to restrict Read scopes:
- Block all integrations except selected integrations
- Allow all integrations except selected integrationsThe Download restriction scope allows you to "Block ALL Integration" without having to list exceptions. Can we have an option for the read scope to "Block ALL Integrations" as well? I have customers not able to set this up because they are required to list at least one exception.

How Can Companies Plan a Microsoft 365 Tenant Migration When Both Tenants Must Stay Active?

Clarify System-Initiated Collaborator Removal
When a collaborator is automatically removed by a system setting, the User Activity Report shows “System Settings” as the actor. This makes it difficult to identify which policy or setting caused the removal.
Add the triggering setting or policy name, effective date, and relevant details to the report. This would make troubleshooting and audit investigations easier.

Workflow Diagram Export and Print
Add a way to export and print the complete diagram of an individual Box Automate workflow.
The export should support PDF or Word, and the complete workflow diagram should be printable. This would make workflows easier to review, share, and document.

You should be able to exit out of windows like you are on every other site. You should be able to click the gray area around, for example, the share feature and return back to the folder you're working in. Slows workflow to have to specifically indicate the 'x'

Uploads should automatically sort as indicated by the folder. Every time I upload, I have to re-sort it twice so it sits how it indicates it's supposed to.

Box Automate: Excel Integration
We need a supported way to connect Box Automate with Microsoft Excel, including integration with Power Automate, so workflows can add rows to Excel tables, update cells, and write data to workbooks stored in Box.
Please provide native integration or an official connector that enables secure read/write operations, so users can automate these processes without custom development or moving files to another storage service.

Pre-share content summary and acknowledgment for sensitive files
Signant Health is requesting an additional verification step before users share sensitive content, particularly when using a Shield user justification to override an external-sharing smart access restriction. The proposed page would display a Box AI-generated summary of the file and require users to check a box confirming they have reviewed the summary and intend to share the content with the selected recipients before proceeding. Attaching a screenshot of their proposed desire solution they created with Claude.

I would like to share documents stored in Box through the Zoom app on an Intune-managed mobile device.
When screen recording is restricted on Intune-managed mobile devices, users are unable to share the Box mobile app screen during a Zoom meeting.

Increase the Box Automate Task Assignee Limit
Box Automate currently limits task assignees to 350 users per task. When a Box Group is assigned, its members are counted individually, so assigning a task to a group of 2,000 to 3,000 users is not possible.
Box should increase this limit for large-scale document circulation, or change the behavior so that a Box Group counts as one assignee.

Exclude Selected Owners from Folders and Files Reports
<Feature request>
Add an owner exclusion filter to the Folders and Files report. Admins should be able to exclude designated admin accounts or groups and export all remaining owned items, with an option to return folders only.<Purpose>
In a closed folder structure, admins need to identify folders owned by anyone other than designated admin accounts. This is an enterprise-wide audit need, not a report for a single specified user.<Current limitation>
The report supports including selected users or groups, but not excluding them. In large enterprises, selecting thousands of users or merging many CSV files is not practical.(Japanese)…

Advance HTML Capabilities
Box is not designed to host fully interactive HTML applications. HTML files can be updated and versioned, but JavaScript-driven functionality and live dashboard behavior are limited. To provide a SharePoint-like experience in Box, Box is a strong repository for dashboard snapshots and version history, but not ideal for hosting an interactive, continuously updating dashboard/HTML files.

Inbox icon should display the total number of outstanding notifications/tasks at any given time
Previously it would display "9+" if there were more than 9 of Notification/Tasks at any given time. Since the most recent update I've noticed that the number it displays for Tasks is incorrect if there are more than 9. This morning it had 42 showing, but after opening the Inbox a majority were just general notifications, so the number dropped to just 9, however, i have 12 tasks currently outstanding. Please fix this notification number back to displaying "9+" or, preferably, the true number of outstanding notifications/tasks present.

Support User-Configurable Time Zones for Date Variables and Scheduled Triggers in Box Automate
<Feature Request>
Enable users to configure the time zone used for date variables and scheduled triggers in Box Automate.
Ideally, users should be able to select their preferred time zone, such as Japan Standard Time (JST), when configuring workflows.
<Current Challenge>
Customers in Japan need to manage dates and schedule workflow executions based on JST.
Without the ability to explicitly configure the time zone, users may need to manually account for time zone differences, which can lead to confusion, configuration errors, and unexpected workflow behavior.
<Expected Behavior>
・Allow users to select a time zone for scheduled triggers.

Box for Salesforce Box Utility Upload Tab - Allow File Deletion Upon Migration
The new Box Utility Upload Tab in Box for Salesforce is amazing - a much needed feature! However, it would be much for usable for our organization if files were deleted from Salesforce storage when successfully Migrated to Box using the tab. I am requesting this feature - an option to delete the files automatically when using the Migrate to Box button on the Upload tab.
