Relay name folder with file name and/or file metadata
File request link: User uploads & applies metadata. Relay: Upon upload, create a folder & name based on the filename and/or metadata.

When a folder lock is performed, the result must be output to the event log.
Even if a folder is locked using the Folder Lock API, the operation log is not output to event information.
We are having trouble determining if a folder lock has really been applied unless it is output in the event information that the folder lock has been applied.Folder Lock API を用いてフォルダをロックしても、操作ログがイベント情報に出力されません。

Add information in “File Properties” to metadata
Currently the information in the “File Properties” (owner, created date, retention policy exp, size) is all siloed and unusable for anything but viewing in preview. Adding that information as normal Box metadata will make it available for reporting, sorting, as a policy trigger, and consumable by Crooze for tasks like retention policy expiry reports.

Change the Last Login on the User Details report with Last Activity
The Last Login date of the User Details report doesn't show the real last login time of each users.
As it's misleading, it'better to add the Last activity date instead of Last Login.6 votes -
About the display when Box is opened from the Team mobile app with the mobile screen mode "dark mode".
I use my mobile to access Box on the Teams mobile app.
When the mobile screen mode is set to "Dark Mode", the screen will appear dark when the "Box Files" option on the Teams mobile app is selected and the box is opened, making it impossible to see file names, etc.
Please improve the Box so that it can be used in dark mode.（Japanese）

Quota Notifications for End Users
I would like a way to set up different thresholds where a user can be notified that they are getting close to exceeding their quota limit. Give me the option to allow notifications at 95% and 99% and then every time they have hit their quota limit when they are someone else adds files to something that they own. I would also like to see warnings added for collaborators when they add files to another person's shares that indicate that they have hit a quota limit for the owner of the folder and give them a warning that they need…

Ability to select specific shared links and delete them all together
Sometimes, users create shared links and then leave them unattended.
As part of our inventory, we delete unnecessary shared links based on the shared link report.
However, in order to delete them, we need to access each file from a browser.
We would like a mechanism to delete multiple specific shared links at once.

Ability to have users enter their name and email address when downloading from a shared link without being logged in.
In the case of a public shared link, there is no way to verify the user who manipulated the file if it was manipulated while the user was not logged in.
However, we would like to verify by whom the shared file was downloaded.

Ability to schedule sign request for a specific date and time
Currently you cannot schedule the sign request if you want to send to the signer at a particular time or date. For instance: if your signer is located in another time zone and the sender wants the signer to see the sign request at a particular time (morning 9 am maybe) - the sender does not have the ability to do so. Sender should have the ability to schedule the sign request.

Sort and Filter Feature within In Progress Tasks
My team and I utilize the Task feature heavily and my Task Inbox becomes full. While I can currently filter down Tasks to "In Progress" I really would like to be able to sort my "In Progress" tasks further such as by due date and filter by task assignee.

Notification function when a conflict occurs when editing a file
Files are locked when edited from Box Drive by users who have co-authoring enabled.

Ability to resize the signature box for signers
Currently, Box's functionality does not allow the signer to change the size of the signature area.

I would like you to implement a function that allows you to obtain information from login information when using "Box Relay".
Currently, you can use metadata when renaming files using Box Relay.
Similarly, I would like to be able to use the signed-in user's My Profile information as the value of "Available Variables".

Character code conversion of csv file
When displaying a csv file in preview, full-width values are garbled.
It was confirmed that the garbled characters were resolved by changing the character code to [UTF-8 (with BOM)].
csv is automatically generated, so you need to open each file and change the character code.
I would like a function such as changing the character code when saving in the settings on the box side.プレビューでcsvファイルを表示すると全角の値が文字化けします。
文字コードを［UTF-8(BOM付き)］へ変更することにより、文字化けが解消することが確認できましたが、csvは自動で生成されるため1ファイルごと開いて文字コードを変更する必要があります。

it's such a bummer that I have to click the file button on top to sort an alphabetical order… And it's not even me… there are people on my team we don't know how to do this yet… This should be a very standard feature

offline files and selective sync
I would like to see the ability to mark files and folders for local or offline storage. Currently box drive allows for only the folder to be marked offline or downloaded locally. When I don't need to have a file downloaded anymore there is not a way for me to mark them offline. I have tried marking the folder offline but that doesn't work to make the files I want offline. Additionally, this would cause all files that I do want locally to become offline. Dropbox currently has the ability to selectively sync the files and or folders that I…

Restrict Access Right to Sub-Folders
Hello,
After creating FOLDER A and SUB-FOLDERS B, C, D under A, along with sub-subfolders E, F, G under B, I granted User X viewer access to A. However, I aim to restrict or remove their access to C, E, F, and G. Unfortunately, this functionality isn't currently available with Box.com. Could you consider adding this feature? Thank you!
