1. Reduce amount of steps needed to create bookmarks in Box.

   Can be simplified with a simple context menu (e.g. right-click > create bookmark) and then either copy the bookmark or choose a destination.

2. Move "Log in" green banner when viewing shared link while not signed into Box

   If you view a shared link while you're not signed into Box, you'll see a green banner at the top: "Log in to Box to securely share, edit, and collaborate on files in real-time with other people." The banner blocks the "Download" button on the right. While there is an X to close the banner, there are two issues:

   1) Less tech-savvy people don't know to close the banner and can't figure out how to download
   2) Others may think you need a Box account in order to access the content

   It would be helpful to either move the banner or maybe add some clearer messaging around the fact that you can still access the content without signing in.

   If you view a shared link while you're not signed into Box, you'll see a green banner at the top: "Log in to Box to securely share, edit, and collaborate on files in real-time with other people." The banner blocks the "Download" button on the right. While there is an X to close the banner, there are two issues:

   1) Less tech-savvy people don't know to close the banner and can't figure out how to download

3. Present metadata more prominent when selecting a file from a folder file list

   Metadata will be shown for a selected file in the lowest level of the Details area. Practically no user knows that metadata exists for that file. So metadata should be presented more prominent, or get an extra area.

4. Show "editing" or "active" icon next to the filename in file list

   Similar to "lock" icon displayed next to the filename, display editing or active icon when someone is touching or editing the file.
   This may be similar feature as file "presence" feature, but the user would be able to figure it out from the list of files.

5. True 'Select All' - Expand 'Select All' Beyond Just the Current Page of a Folder

   REQUEST: Add an option for 'True' Select All such that when a user performs a Select All (via command+a / control+a), they have a new option to also select all items in the current folder, not just the ones on that current page.

   BACKGROUND: When folders have a lot of items, there can be many pages and pages of items. The webapp's current 'Select All' functionality ONLY allows users to select all items from the given page (which is only 20 items for most users since the 'items per page' default is 20, though users can manually increase it to 100). Aka we only currently have a 'Select All Visible' option, we don't have a true 'Select All'.

   This leads to scenarios where users have folders with many pages of items in them and no ability to select ALL items in a folder, regardless of whether how many they can see on the current page.

6. Collaborators Page - Add 'Common Folders' Column Back to Page

   In Legacy, the Collaborators page had a column called "Common Folders" that told me (as a user) which folders I was collaborating in with the given user.

   In Amsterdam, this column was removed, meaning the page only tells me WHO I'm collaborating with, but not WHERE I'm collaborating with them (aka in which folders)...which makes the page FAR less useful.

   REQUEST: Add the 'Common Folders' (or something similar) column back to the Collaborators page so that the page can tell me both
   1. Who I'm collaborating with across my entire account
   AND
   2. Where I'm collaborating with each user (aka in which folders)

   Interesting feature request! However, we’re not able to prioritize it at this time due to competing priorities.

7. Folder Settings: Add 'automatically remove invited collaborators' at the folder level (user defined)

   Currently, "Automatically remove invited collaborators" can be set up only in Admin Console -> Enterprise Settings, but some customers are requesting to set up in Folder Settings (meaning at the folder level) because it enables more granular security settings.

   The usability complexity of this feature would not be worth the small benefit it would provide to a small minority of users.I would suggest instead instead using the existing workaround of Shared Link Expiration.

    As metadata usage is currently quite low, and because this is possible via the API, this is not currently planned for support within the Governance UI. We may reconsider with more customer feedback or higher usage of metadata.

    In the Box Web App, you can view different versions of a single file, see what changes were made and if needed, revert back to previous version of a file. We'd like for this feature to be available on Box Drive as well.

14. Allow Auto-Provisioning from Box Sync App

    Currently, users who get Box Sync pushed to their computer (so they see the pop-up Box Sync login page) but haven't gone to the webapp to auto-provision their account end up not being able to log into Box Sync as the Sync login flow does NOT support auto-provisioning.

    Request: Allow a user to auto-provision their account from any endpoint, including Box Sync.

16. Ability to white label the url from [company].box.com to box.[company].com to see white clients have blocked box

    Some of our clients office networks (law firms) block box.com and because of browser cross site restrictions, they can't actually tell it's being blocked so its difficult to handle smoothly

19. Upload/Change User Avatars (Profile Pictures) from Managed Users Page in Admin Console

    Currently user avatars (profile pictures) can only be added, removed, or changed from an individual user's account settings and these avatars are not editable whatsoever via the admin console. Meaning for an admin to add one on behalf of a user or to remove one, they must use instant log in (which not many co-admins have).

    When clicking to edit a user from the Admin Console -> Managed Users page, options to manage the user's avatar should be presented (just like we have for editing their name, email, etc.).
