Box Doc Gen Outcome Doesn't Keep Values
Using the Doc Gen outcome in Automate, we've found that when a change is made to a Doc Gen template, an update to the workflow outcome is required. This is expected behavior. However, performing that update causes all previously assigned field values to be cleared, requiring the user to manually reassign each one — even when the template change had no effect on any variable or field mapping.
We have several Doc Gen templates with more than 50 fields, and a few exceeding 70. Reassigning all values each time a minor change is made is not practical at scale. Until this is addressed, we will be unable to migrate many of our existing Relay workflows to Automate. Put all bullets, numbering, alignment , and highlight buttons on the toolbar
When using Box Notes it is very annoying to have to click an additional dropdown every time I need to add bullets/numbering or change text in my document. There are only 3 options for bullets and numbering and 4 for alignment; could we just put them all on the toolbar, at least when space allows? It's a really thick toolbar as-is; many ways to arrange it. But the extra clicks all the time is frustrating. Highlight should also be pulled out from text color, especially since it doesn't remember that you were working in the highlight section the next time you click it.

Allow Specification of Signer Assignment in Create Box Sign request API
When creating a Box Sign request currently, the user is limited to setting "isdocumentpreparationneeded": true if they want to assign people to specific fields. The API can be enhanced to allow the API caller to specify which signer is assigned to which field. I imagine it would be similar to the "prefilltags" feature of the API. You can specify which field you want to prefill based on the "documenttagid" (reference image below). It can be similar to this but instead you map the email of the person to the field they are assigned to.
In short, the API allows the caller to:

Bulk grant and remove permissions to Box Hub.
When BoxHubs is managed by an administrator, it is necessary to be able to grant or revoke access permissions to BoxHubs in bulk in order to manage users who can access BoxHubs.
The current functionality requires granting access permissions to a large number of BoxHubs, which would be too time-consuming to do manually.
For example, a tenant using BoxHubs manages around 80 to 100 BoxHubs,

Run Platform Activity Report by Client ID or App Name
Would like to run a Platform Activity Report by client ID or App Name specifically, as App ID is not always easily accessible.

on copy/move, include filepath display
When moving/copying a file, it would be very helpful to show the filepath of a potential destination folder, IN the search window.
Our folder structure includes folders with similar names, or parts of a name or phrase. Without being able to see the filepath, we're more likely to choose the wrong one. Then the only way to go back is either navigate through the folder tree (too many clicks) or start the entire process over (repeats the search).
Additionally, move/copy search brings back results for individual files which are understandably unselectable. The problem is, there are often additional folder options buried within the long list of individual files and it may seem at first that the folder isn't available. This slows our users down.

reassign tasks
The ability to reassign an approval task on a document that is assigned to me as well as be able to reassign the task as the person creating the task. Our approval flows are very dynamic and when people are OOO or busy they often need to reassign to someone else to not hold up our processes.

Webhook V2 trigger filter
It will be awesome if we can get some filtering option so that we can reduce calls to target API.

I would love to be able to direct Box Drive to any drive connected to my computer.
Have the option to choose where Box Drive syncs from not just where it is installed. Instead of the startup drive as default Box Drive location, having the option to choose any drive internal or external drive would be great.

Please add a Task_Count property to Files
Please add a TaskCount property (similar to the CommentCount property) on files so we can know whether a file has tasks or not.

Differentiate between AI activity from default Box AI chat and custom agents
I believe both events are currently logged with the same event type "BOXAIUSER_REQUEST". A way to identify custom agents would be better for auditing and governance

Automate - Variables not accessible outside of loops
Extracted variables can only be referenced inside the loop they were created in, forcing extraction and application steps to run per-file inside the loop. For batch uploads (e.g. 60 images) this extends run time to 15-20 minutes and consumes excess AI units.

Automate - Send e-signature requests to non-managed users
Signature steps in Automate can only send to managed users. External signers are not supported even though Relay supports this, blocking external signing workflows end to end.
