Disabling Collections
Currently under Enterprise settings we only have the capability to disable "Collections Promotion" where users receive informational prompts about the feature, but we are in need of disabling the Collections feature for specific users or even the enterprise as a whole.

Add (Box Alternate domain) to support Box FTP access.
Our China/Hong Kong users needs to be able to upload large data sets via FTP/TLS. They can't access ftp.box.com. Thanks.

Allow inheritance in folder structure
Windows allows for folders to enable or disable inheritance from Parent folder to Child folders. This is needed in BOX so collaborators who don't need access or shouldn't have access to certain Child folders within a Parent folder can still navigate where access is needed and not expose sensitive data.

I want you to support high-quality videos such as 2160p and 4320p.
The improvement in image quality of photographic equipment in recent years is remarkable.
As a result, when previewing images and videos uploaded to Box, there is a concern that the maximum value of 1080p (Full HD) cannot be previewed.
If you can preview data with higher image quality (2160p/4320p) than 1080p (full HD), you will be able to share information with high image quality and clarity.2160pや4320pなどの高画質な動画にも対応してほしい。

Change Color of Template Field Text
Documents with background colors other than white make seeing the text in templates impossible. Require the option to change the template field text color to other than black only.

When accessed by non-editors, the screen cannot be moved horizontally
When viewed by someone other than the editor, it is not possible to move left or right.
You can zoom in and out on the screen.
You can also scroll up and down with the mouse scroll.
Since there is no edit bar, I want you to change the mouse pointer to the palm icon from the beginning2 votes -
Assigning tasks without previewing file
When assigning a general or approval task, we must open the file itself and then add the tasks.
There should be an option to just right click the file (on box.com) and have the ability to assign general/approval tasks from there instead of having to open each file.

Allow users to decide which context menu entires (right click menu) they want to see
I've never once wanted to 'Create a Box Note' or 'Search in this folder' yet they will take up two context menu spaces unless I can figure out some way to turn them off in the registry. Allow users to select what context menus pop up please! Otherwise it's a big waste of space.

Thumbnail & Quick View Support on Mac OS 12.4
I'm not sure why this isn't a feature, but it definitely should be! My team views a lot of art files and the lack of thumbnail and quick view support is a huge wrench in our workflow.

share reports in a parent folder
When you create a weekly scheduled report (User Activity report for example) and share it with a user (as a Viewer), this user sees too many folder named "User Activity run on xxxxxx".
It is because it's the report subfolder that is shared with the user, and not the "Box reports" folder.Is it possible to store scheduled reports inside a parent folder (like "Box user reports") or a named one by the administrator creating the report ?

Payment Pop-up window directly in Box Sign after contract is signed to pay for that contract
Developing a similar payment pop-up window that Docusign has where once a customer signs a contract in Docusign they're then able to to pay for that contract as well directly in Box Sign. I think this could be very beneficial for our clients and make their transactional business much more seamless with their own clients.

MS Office @ mentions to sync and notify users
@ mention comments, tags and notifications section in Microsoft Office apps, should also integrate with Box interface and notifications. Great achievement with co-authoring, however, it is highly inconvenient to have to comment on Box preview, and then open the file to work/edit. Ideally users need to be able to @ mention and tag other colleagues/users within the MS application, which should notify other users to take action on the required document. Otherwise it creates duplication of work/inefficiencies in the process.

Ability to hide the sidebar
Please add an option to disable the sidebar, I use a laptop and it takes space out of my screen. I don't see a good use to it.
