"Auto-Remove Deleted Users from Admin Console Settings for Streamlined Management"
Ability to automatically remove deleted users from admin console settings
Currently, you can enable features like Mark for Offline and folder-level metadata cascading by adding a user to the setting on admin console. When a user is deleted, the deleted user is left listed in the setting. We would like the deleted user be automatically removed from the settings.

Add a setting to prevent the "Add Task" from being displayed.
When we preview the file, on the right side of the screen, in the Activity column, we will see "Add Task".
However, there are times when we don't want our users to use the task feature.
Please add a setting to prevent the "Add Task" from being displayed.
For example, it would be nice if we could disable the task function in the folder settings.ファイルをプレビューした際、画面右側、アクティビティのカラムに「タスクの追加」とあります。

Change default Account Setting for "Files and Folders Per Page" from 20 to 100
I've been a Box Admin for 10+ years and I've met zero users who prefer to only see 20 items per page. I recommend either changing the default to 100 for everyone or at least allowing Admins to configure that as the default for all users in our Enterprise. When I set up a new users I log in to their account and change this for them as many people dislike the WebApp partly because they have to scroll through so many pages and they aren't aware that they can change this account setting.

Add more functionality to the 'submitter authentication' option for file requests.

Allow Excel to open "Export Users" report (csv) without worrying about garbled characters
Admin Console > Users&Groups > Managed Users > Export Users
Please change "Export Users" report to the format of the UTF8 csv file with BOM
The format of the "Export Users" report has been changed to csv.
Therefore, when you import it into Excel as it is, the characters will be garbled.The workaround now:
We change it to csv file with UTF8 BOM in a text editor now before importing it into Excel.However, this workaround would required few extra steps before importing it into Excel.

New Files take 10 minutes to appear in the search (Content Explorer)
It takes ~10 minutes for a newly added file to appear in the search of the Content Explorer UI Element. In the meantime, if you attempt to search for that file based on the name, it displays no results, making it look like a bug. It can take even longer if the servers are busy (it took ~20 minutes for a file I uploaded to appear in a search one time)
Please look for ways to reduce the turnaround on this. A suggestion: the file should be available to search by name right away, if it takes ~10 minutes to search by the content, so be it but the name should be instantaneous.

lock reservation function
Currently, we cannot make a reservation to lock the file.
Customer wants lock reservation function.Example : If folder owner select lock date to 1/2, User can edit its file until 1/1. After 1/2, user will be not able to edit it.
Use case :If this function was implemented, user can create deadline to editing file.

Provide the ability to allow co-owners to manage trashed items in Item I Own
Currently only owner's can manage item trashed by others under folders they own, we would like co-owners of items have the same ability as owners to be able to manage trashed items under Items I Own or add another filter Items I Co-Own. There are two scenarios that will be very help pull, one when the folder structures are configured such that owners are system accounts and real users are co-owners and others and the other scenario is if owner is not available for some reason then co-owners can take their tasks. This will allow co-owners to view items trashed by other collaborators and recover if a business scenario demands it to be.

I know it's there. I will get it if I want it. But interrupting my work every 10 minutes with a popup I need to close is about enough to make me cancel my subscription.

Opening links from PPTs in Box
Currently I can nicely preview files created with Microsoft Powerpoint. Also these days I can click links in the PPT and those open up. With the exception of links containing a hashtag. Then only the part of the URL before the hashtag character is opened up. I believe this is a real live bug in the way links are handled.
e.g. I have this URL linked in my PPT
https://www.mycompany.com/#/offering/8EEB4F8F
If I try to click this link through Box I'm getting sent to https://www.mycompany.com/1 vote -
Add verification question when moving files in Box Drive using File Explorer
In the web box.com environment moving folders or files is verified with a question. This is not the case using Box Drive and moiving files or folders using File Explorer.
A similar question as in box.com and if you delete files in Files Explorer should have been added for moving files in Box Drive. By accident root folder containing hundreds of GB may be moved and hidden into subfolders causing severe problems.

If the speed is slow when moving, copying, or deleting large amounts of data
If the speed is slow, it will interfere with business.(In Japanese)

Collections Page as My Homepage
So as designed, I think "My Collections page" is underutilized. Sure here is the only place you can edit/delete your collections and their titles...but this would be a wonderful place to drive users too as their homepage. Obviously, you all thought of that as well since it can be selected as "My Homepage" but right now I think a lot of folks won't want to because there isn't enough useful information on the basic page.
Please allow the user to better configure this page or at least have the collections unfurled/unnested. So that each time they go to this page and login, they see all the content they want to access without having to further click into more pages just to see what is in the collection. The fact they are auto-nested and can't be unnested without diving into the collection boggles my brain :)

Update Issues with creating new folder and naming folder.
With the new updates, when you create a new folder and the window pops up to name it, you have to click into the type box to name the folder. The typing cursor should just automatically be ready for you to type. It used to be this way until the last update. Messing up my workflow...

I would like to be able to take wide lens photos in Box Capture for iOS.
I work in the real estate business and used to take a lot of photos with Box Capture for iOS. But, apparently Box Capture only uses the standard lens of my iPhone 11 Pro. Is there a possibility that with an upgrade we will be able to use the wide lens and tele lens also?

Box Drive Warning When File Path is too Long
There is a known issue with Box Drive that if a file path is exceeds a character count limit, then the file cannot be opened on desktop, however it can be opened via Box on the web. The issue is, when a user has a file on their desktop, that has a current file path within the character count limits, then moves the file to Box Drive within Windows Explorer and the new path in box exceeds the character limits. As of now, the user can copy and paste into Box Drive and not realize that their new path will prevent them from opening the file on the desktop. The update and solution should be to warn the user that upon copying that if they paste the file it will exceed the character limits. Possibly even add that this will prevent opening the document on the desktop, but still can within the browser. This will give the user notice and the ability to cancel the request for good, or go back and change the name before they copy the file so it's within legal limits.

It would be very beneficial and time saving if there was a filter on the Box side that will give you a list of all root level folders in the entire enterprise

Notification if content is screenshot
We have secure content that we send to vendors as "non downloadable" but we also need to know if they take screenshots of that content. We would like functionality that notifies us if a user takes a screenshot of our content.
