MFA timeout settings for external collaborators
The following features currently only have settings that can be applied to managed users:
However, in order to strengthen security, we believe that limiting the scope of application to managed users is insufficient.
Please apply this setting to external collaborators as well (especially those with free accounts).For example, if the requirements are not met, the collaboration status will be "pending."

I would like a function to add additional information so that I can understand what the intention was when outputting.Specifically, I think it would be good to do the following:
- When outputting a report, add an arbitrary suffix to file and folder names to differentiate them.
・When outputting a report, provide a comment input field and add it to the description field (or tag) of the output folder so that it can be categorized.日本語：

Set Stamp Default Size & Date
We would like to be able to use Box Sign to stamp engineering documents instead of DocuSign which we currently use.
The engineering stamp size is regulated by the state and requires a date along with the stamp.
It would be nice to be able to set a default size for the stamp when creating it so it always stamps the same size and includes a date automatically.

Feature Request – Enable "Favorites" Feature on Box Drive
The 'Favorites' feature in Box allows users to quickly access frequently used files and folders by marking them as favorites. However, adding folders to 'Favorites' is only available through the Box web app and is not supported on Box Drive, the desktop application.

Please relax the recommended number of collaboration users per item
We would like the recommended number of collaboration users per item to be relaxed.
With the current recommended value of 15,000, we are having trouble with being able to invite all employees.1アイテムごとのコラボレーションユーザーの推奨値を緩和してほしい。

Provide a Box Admin the Ability to Bulk Uncheck "Automatically accept incoming collaborations " for All Users
Please provide a Box Admin the ability to bulk uncheck "Automatically accept incoming collaborations" for all users. This is currently only under Sharing in a user's Account Settings (screenshot provided) and must either be unchecked by each individual user or one-by-one by a Box Admin.
Having the option to bulk uncheck this setting in the Admin Console will provide organizations the ability to more easily address this important security gap enterprise wide.

Secure email included in the Box platform for threaded emails
I'd like to request a feature for secure, threaded email within Box to streamline confidential communications and keep messages and files in one secure place. This would reduce reliance on external tools and improve compliance. Let me know if it's on the roadmap.

Use Box AI by selecting multiple files from Hubs search results
Customers want to implement an experience in Hub that allows them to select files from search results and use Box AI, just like the search function on Box.
Customer Needs:
Currently, if Box AI for Hubs does not provide the correct answer, they would like to select files from keyword search results and use Box AI.

In Chrome, Box Forms tabs only show up as 'Box'. It would be a helpful descriptor to include the name of the form

Bulk Approval Feature in Box Relay (Batch Checkbox Approval)
Feature request:
Provide a “Batch Approval” feature in Box Relay.
Ideally, users could select multiple approval items (via checkboxes) and approve them all at once.
This would drastically improve efficiency for teams handling high volumes of approval tasks.Why it matters:
For enterprises dealing with hundreds of daily requests, approving each one individually is impractical.
Competing workflow/approval systems (e.g., Salesforce Approvals, SAP Workflow, Oracle Approvals Management) already provide batch approval capabilities.
Without such a feature, Relay may be less suitable for large-scale enterprise approval use cases.Expected outcome:
Significant reduction in time required for managers to process large numbers of approvals.
Increased adoption of Box Relay across organizations that require high-volume approval processing.(Japanese below)

Provide the ability to click a lightning button, select one or many files in the Content Picket, then add the shared links to the Global.SendEmail action

Files that failed to upload are displayed at the top.
On the file list screen that opens from the bottom when uploading, I want files that failed to be uploaded to be displayed at the top.
When uploading tens or hundreds of files, it is not possible to immediately determine which files actually failed.
You could find it by scrolling down, but the time and effort involved seems impractical.
Like this feature to be implemented to improve convenience.アップロード時の下部から開くファイル一覧画面で、アップロードに失敗したファイルは一番上に表示してほしいです。
数十～数百のファイルをアップロードする際に、実際にどのファイルが失敗したのか即時に判断ができないです。

More collaborative annotations
When editing drafts of print and digital materials, using comments/annotations in Box has been my team's go-to. However, I think the level of collaboration for that option could use improvement. It would be nice to be able to respond to directly under someone's comment so everyone knows what is being referred to, and I don't have to type "in response to {name's} note on {thing}..." to get my point across. It would also be nice to resolve/remove comments in some cases.

File Request Upload report
Within either the user activity report or a new report, be able to report explicitly on files uploaded via File Request links, the report should allow for a File Request ID to allow for a specific upload set, or File Requests created by specific Users (including an option for File Request links where the link states 'Prior User'
The report should have the link, time/date, filename, path and size.Another option would be nice for a report that shows all inactive File Requests over the past, 30, 60, 90, 180, 360 days (or specific date from today)

Ability to bypass email verifications for users
We are currently having to add a secondary email to all of our users in Box. Once a secondary email is added, it will prompt our users to verify this secondary email. Can Box Admin have the ability to bypass this verification for the user and add the secondary email? This would speed up our process of updating accounts along with not having to constantly ask user to verify their email....or continue to send and resend and resend the verification emails.

Adjust Platform Activity Report to be Relative Timezone to User/Browser
Currently, the date picker for admin reports is relative to a user's browser settings. However, the Platform Activity Report just uses Pacific time (PST). Often, this can be inconsequential/unnoticed, but under the right conditions, such as if a report is scheduled to run before 9 AM EST, the report needs to push into the prior day in PST, so the output displays essentially a 1 day offset. This is confusing to customers when encountered, and the logic for the report itself should mirror everything else in Box (relative to a user's timezone settings - whether on the account, or their browser).

Have the ability to save a preset for organizing files (ie always default to alphabetical)
It would be great to have the ability to save your desired file organizing layout so that you don't have to constantly click "sort by alphabetical" everytime you go back and forth on different pages.

Box Shield - Ability to "assign" alert to users
It would be beneficial to be able to assign a Shield Alert to a specific user / analyst / security team member, so they can review and analyze. This would simplify the process, and eliminate duplicate work as the security team do not work on the same alerts.

Box Drive folders should automatically refresh when you open them.
When you open a folder in Box Drive, it should automatically refresh that folder. There's no scenario where you're opening a folder and you WANT an older version of it. If you're opening it, you intend to interact with it somehow, and in order to do so effectively you must have the most up to date version of its contents. Manually refreshing is tedious.
