Cancel all uploads
A button that allows us to cancel all uploads via the web console. If we mistakenly drag and drop the wrong folder to be uploaded, it would be nice if we could cancel the entire upload instead canceling each individual file. (especially for really big folders with thousands of files)

Enhance exporting large reports
Unfortunately, we have so many collaborations, that the report stalls out for us because it exceeds the number of allowable rows in Excel. I don’t have the option to narrow by date or location.
Trying to performing permissions audit on the parent folder to ensure all permissions have been correctly applied, but I am unable to get to that information on my own.

Granular Permissions for allowing Box Drive and MFO
Granular Permissions for allowing users to access Box Drive and allow them to mark content for offline use.
Similar to the way sync functioned, it would be good to have per-user permissions for Box Drive and MFO.

Decrease upload file size limit
Hello, due to regulatory requirements conformity, we would like to lower the minimum file size limit (currently 5gb in Enterprise mode).
It would be great to be able to do it in xxx MB instead of GB
With a minimum of 100mb per se.Also, giving administrators the ability to manage this size would be helpful (currently box support has to do this).
While the user experience would suffer, it would simplify overhead and administration in terms of regulatory reporting, downstream applications, and system control.

Would like for Single-Sign-On to be selective for certain domains for managed users under their enterprise so they have the option to authenticate through their IDP while other managed users to not. Meaning, we will not allow the user to choose whether or not they wish to use SSO. Simplify Box Experience Per Design
Currently, my firm has Box Drive integrated to our Salesforce CRM. What would help simplify and in the end optimize our experience by minimizing errors is to be allowed the option to remove the top search bar banner and the documents file path from the Salesforce instance. Limiting the access to other files from one contact to another can also help prevent accidental file modifications. Hope this can be of benefit to other Box users!

Search Existing Templates when creating a new Box Note from a Template
As a Box user, when I am creating a new Box Note from a template, I want to be able to search existing templates (by template name), so that I can easily re-use existing templates created by others in my organization instead of scrolling through the template list.

Increase minimum characters required for password
When making password requirement settings through the Admin Console security tab the range for minimum required characters only go up to 12. Can this be customised or increased to have more required characters than 12 up to 15?

explorer copy direct link
Explorer/Finder Context Menu "Share direct link".
Currently the context menu for files in Box Drive only handles copying to the clipboard the Shared Link. We want to restrict the use of Shared Links as much as possible and would prefer if Explorer/Finder would copy the direct link, which is the one that opens when we click "View on Box.com".

Support multiple accounts in Windows file explorer.
As a technology consultant I have multiple business Box accounts. I need to be able to easily access all my Box folders from the Windows desktop not just one at a time. OneDrive and DropBox both offer multiple account support in Windows Explorer. Lack of this support is the main reason I am not recommending Box for many of my corporate customers due to this inconvenience

Find in Page support for Box Notes
Add “Find in Page” text search for Box Notes. Even if you have infinite scroll i want to search a long box note for a keyword and jump to that location in the box note document

Notification when a collaborator is removed
We would love it if there were a way to get immediately notified if the “System Account” group were ever to be removed in the future.

New accounts should come to the admin for approval.
New accounts requests should come to the admin for approval. Users should not just be able to make an account without any permission, it makes it very hard to control license usage.

Admin global setting for video playback quality
Currently each individual account defaults to 480p (auto) and has to be self selected to change to 1080p. The reality is that text is going to be useless at 480p .... and many people won't know to change the setting - although of course the gear wheel is ubiquitous.
I want to administratively make the setting change for my users and let them step it DOWN if they prefer. My current solution is to literally start every video with a PSA that shows how to make this setting change.
That's maddening.

Multiple users being able to update an Excel spreadsheet at the same time. i.e. Shared workbooks. using Box Drive.
This would be a highly advantageous as I believe there are many other customers that would benefit from this.

Improve performance when performing content search queries in admin console
We have 30+TB of data in our enterprise and currently, performance of search queries when searching for content in the admin console is painfully slow. Confirmed with Box Support that the issue is NOT on our end and leads me to think that there is certainly room for improvement when searching content at scale.

Kami Extension Integration
We are using Kami extension to edit PDF files on Chromebook so perhaps BOX IT team can consider to add Kami or something similar in the future. Would like to be able to open and integrate with an application/extension that would allow her to use Google Chromebooks and be able to open/edit PDF files via Box Edit.
