The ability to drive unconstrained repeating metadata
Essentially, this is allowing the ability to add metadata not necessarily from a drop down list.

This value could be filled by users, then it could be leveraged by Box Skills and Box Skills kit to process content appropriately (i.e. to extract data taking into account the main language of the content)

Import Relay workflow into production environment
Having the ability to export/import Relay workflows (without roles etc.) from sandbox to production will smooth the onboarding and transition process.

Filter search for "Files with all tags" when searching with tags
Currently when you search for multiple tags you receive results for anything with any of those tags. It would be very helpful to be able to filter this result to something like "Only show files with all of these tags"

Add "Copy file" and "Copy shared link" to the horizontal bar in Box preview
When I get shared links for which I want to reuse to create my own decks I have to download the file , make changes and upload it back. Would be convenient for the user to just "copy" the file because at that point they had download rights anyways
When I get shared links and I want to share the file further its not clear to me that I could copy the same url and send it ahead. Some users end up downloading the file in order to share further which leads to data fragmentation

When copying a link that has a past due expiration date notify the user when they copy the link
When copying or emailing a link from Box Drive that has an already past due expiration date notify the user when they copy or attempt to email the link so they can update the link. That way the sender doesn't receive feedback about the link not working and appearing incompetent.

Ability to disable user from logging into Box.com for Salesforce Integrated
For Salesforce Integration, provide a per user permission to disable user from logging directly into Box.com. Business Case is to keep users in Salesforce and use Box there only.

Add additional/custom fields: Name, Company, Website, Title, Phone and Address.

Collaboration Blacklisting
We would benefit from the ability to make a blacklist of collaborations (perhaps via domain) to prevent against the inbound or outbound collaboration with a certain (or set) of domains.
The current collaboration whitelist capabilities do not permit for blacklisting -- they only allow for whitelisting.
For example: "Can we block all inbound and outbound requests to/from a certain domain (e.g., gmail.com)?"

Create a web based UI to interact with box excel in back end. The idea is to have a form like inter phase for data entry and retrieval from box.

Able to store #page= with PDF files
When saving a pdf and then sharing a URL, can add parameters so that it opens at the right page.

Integrate with PleaseReview, a coauthoring review and annotation software
This is an integration that Veeva Vault provides.

Admin/ Co-admin to receive notification email when managed user collaborate with external user
Admin/ Co-admin would be better informed if they have the option to receive notification whenever managed user invite external user for collaboration.

Modified date which is visible on box drive results does not appear in api results
i cannot find the modfied date visible in box search results, which you show on box portal

Ability to edit the "company" field
Allow users or admins the ability to customize the Company field in users' profiles. This would be particularly valuable in scenarios where one organization is managing users that belong to another organization
