1. I want to be able to change access permissions when inviting someone to a Box folder via Teams

   As per the current Box specifications, when you invite someone to a Box folder via Teams, they will be granted editor permissions and cannot be changed in advance.
   After inviting via Teams, it is possible to change the access permissions on the Box side, but it is very inconvenient to have to change the access permissions every time.
   By making it possible to set access permissions in advance, unnecessary permissions will not be granted, reducing the risk of incidents occurring.

   内容：
   現在のBoxの仕様として、Teams経由でBoxフォルダへ招待を行う場合、編集者として権限が付与され事前に変更する事はできません。
   Teams経由で招待後、Box側でアクセス権限の変更は可能ですが、都度アクセス権限の変更をする事とても不便です。
   事前に付与されるアクセス権限の設定が可能になる事により、必要のない権限を付与する事がなくなる為、インシデントが発生するリスクが減ります。

2. Quota Storage reporting

   We have implemented Storage Quotas for our users and need a way to view if users are reaching their quotas. The only current way we have of doing this is doing a Users Details report and comparing the Storage Used and Storage Allocated fields. Have a dedicated Storage Quota report that shows percentage used and even projected dates for running out of space would be nice.

3. Create shared link to a nested page in a Box Hub

   Our Box Hubs audience consists of mostly external partners, so we design our Box folder structure and Box Hubs with a novice user in mind. For a critical marketing campaign, I have created a nested page in our main partner shared Hub, but I don't have the ability to create a shared link for just that page that I can post in a call out on our separate partner-specific "sub Hubs." My callout includes instructions to look for the page on the left nav, but it would be nice to be able to link directly to the nested page.

4. Box AI Describe Changes in File Versions

   It would be useful if Box AI was able to tell me what has changes between different versions of documents.

   For example, if my coworkers were updating a report or presentation while I was out of the office, it would be great if I could ask Box AI what changes have happened in the past x-number of days to the document to quickly bring me up to speed.

5. Tansfer Form Ownership

   I would like the ability to transfer forms to other users. Reasons below:

   1. If employees are going on extended leave or parental leave and someone else is in charge of managing these forms.

   2. If initial set up is completed by an admin but then continually managed by another team.

   I am told form ownership transferring will be available only on deletion of a user account in a future release but would like it to not be reliant on the deletion of a user.

6. box for slack:Image preview is not displayed in Slack Canvas

   When using the Box+Slack integration, if I paste an image into Slack Canvas, no preview is displayed, only the file name is displayed. This is different from Slack messages.

7. Strikethrough check boxes!!

   PLEASE bring back strikethrough checkboxes for Box Note!! New change makes it more difficult to see which items have been completed -- especially for anyone with vision problems or those using computers/monitors with lower contrast

8. Expired Shared Link lookup for Admins

   Problem: Admins often need to do investigation of files stored in Box and all they have to go off of is the file/folder's shared link.

   Many times, users are reaching out to Technical Support because a Shared Link is Expired.

   Key Features:
   -Provide ability to enter an Expired shared link (standard or vanity URL)
   -Information returned after searching:
   -File/folder name
   -File/folder owner
   -File/folder location (Owner -> Folder hierarchy)
   -Status (whether the file/folder has been deleted or not)
   -Admin-level 'delete' (ability for the admin to delete the file on the spot)

12. Visualizing Template Usage and Deletion within the Tenant

    In Box Relay, users can publish the workflows they create as templates, allowing other users within the tenant to use them.

    However, when we want to delete templates that haven’t been used within the organization for a long time, we have to ask the original creator to unpublish or delete them, which is cumbersome.
    If unnecessary workflows remain, the interface becomes cluttered and administration becomes difficult.

    These issues can be resolved by surfacing templates that haven’t been used for an extended period within the tenant and allowing administrators to unpublish or delete them.
    We request a feature in the Admin Console’s Relay Templates list view to display the “Last Used” date and enable selecting older templates for bulk deletion.

13. Flexible IP Restrictions: Require Strong IdP Auth Rather Than Immediate Block

    ■Request
    We would like Box’s conditional access capability to be enhanced so that, in environments where IP address restrictions are enabled, the IdP’s (e.g., HENNGE) authentication method can be switched based on the source IP.

    ■Specific example (use case):
    When accessing from an allowed IP: Log in with standard SSO (e.g., ID/password).
    When accessing from a non-allowed IP: Require strong authentication at the IdP, such as a client certificate, in order to log in. Example: Box requests and validates the corresponding assurance level (AuthnContext) and permits login only when the requirement is met. If the requirement cannot be met, explicitly deny access.

    ■Background
    Currently, Box’s IP address restriction immediately blocks access from non-allowed IPs at the front end, which prevents us from directing users to stronger authentication at the IdP (e.g., client certificates).

    There are cases where access from non-allowed IPs is needed when using Box, but requests related to IP address restrictions take several days to process, so it is not practical to submit allow/remove requests for the target IP each time. Therefore, we would like to allow the use of Box from non-allowed IPs if additional conditions (strong authentication) are satisfied.

    IPアドレス制限を有効化している環境で、アクセス元IPに応じてIdP（例：HENNGE）の認証方式を切り替えられるよう、Boxの条件付きアクセス機能を強化してほしい。

16. Tenant-level shared link restrictions for Box Hubs

    We strictly manage folders and files on Box,
    but the ability to select "People with the link" in Box Hubs poses a serious risk of data leakage.
    To ensure secure usage,
    we request the addition of a tenant-level setting that disables the "People with the link" option for Box Hubs shared links.

    Without this restriction, it will be difficult to allow users to utilize Box Hubs safely within our organization

20. Log in as “AutomationUser” from the new UI Content Manager

    Content: Currently, it is possible to log in as a proxy via the Content Manager of the old UI, but it is not possible to log in as a proxy on the new UI.
    If the user is a managed user, you can log in as a proxy from the "Users and Groups" screen, but since AutomationUser is not displayed on the "Users and Groups" screen, you will need to log in as a proxy from Content Manager.
    Since not being able to log in as an AutomationUser has a large impact on our business, we would like this functionality to be improved.
