Box Sign needs detail report that lists for each form status and recipient details
Box Sign needs a new report that shows detail information like, the form/template name, date sent, recipient(s), status of form, date of last action on the form, who performed the last action, and if reminders were enabled when the form was sent. Ideally the report should have search criteria available on the form/template name, date range sent, recipient, status, and date range and performer of last action on the form.

Allow the "Folder" column to be expandable when adding/modifying managed users in BOX
When adding users or modifying a managed user, the 'Folders' column when you are adding folders is not expandable. You also cannot really widen the Administration window for Users and Groups in the Admin console.
1) Can we make the Users and Groups section in the admin console wider? Or just as wide as my browser window?
2) Can you make the 'Folders' column when managing or editing a user expandable so I can see the folder full name?

Column with type of update and badge if unseen by me
I would like to see a column or some other means to see the type of update made to the file vs current view just showing the time and account that updated. Example: comment added, new version uploaded, edited, etc.
It would be even more valuable to understand if I have seen the update, similar to "updated" icon on recents view page.
Currently I have to reconcile by the updated time if the update is new to me which often typically requires going in to preview area to track changes manually, which can be difficult and tedious and sometimes impossible…

Box Sign making a copy of the file should be optional
Currently when using an already uploaded file to make a Box Sign request, it creates a copy of the file and adds a (1) after the name. For example "Document.pdf" becomes "Document(1).pdf", with both copies being included in the folder.
This occurs in the use case where I have created a folder to share files & also requiring some of the files to be signed.
Please make this an option to either create a copy or overwrite the existing file so that only one copy of the remains in the folder.

Workflow status report
We would like to have a report that gives us insight into the status of Box workflows. We would like to be able to see the individual steps of a workflow and how long the individual steps take, for example, to see if and where a workflow is stuck.

Allow the custom renaming of a report before it's run
All the reports have a standard name (i.e. useractivityrunon2022-11-01-14-38-28Page1) and there is no ability to create a custom name. As an admin we run more than a single report in an hour and that report may be associated with a user or file name we're searching for. We need the ability to be able to customize the report name that is relevant so we don't have 5-10 reports running that all start with useractivityrunon{date and time} for example.

Information barrier - Increase segments
Currently, Box ethical walls have a limit of 10 segments, Which needs to be increased. Many companies like us have more business units, Hence we need more segments to handle it.

I want single click to only select and double click to open files.
When selecting multiple files I would like to be able to do this by simply holding down shift and clicking.

Associate Group with Shared Email Address
In Enterprise User Management tools such as GSuite and Active Directory, it is very common to have a group specifically for Distribution lists or shared email inboxes.
It would be helpful if, within Box groups, a group could be associated with such an email address.
This email would be able to receive notifications when the group is granted access to a folder or assigned a task (another request I have seen).
Important, this shared email address must not be associated with a system user account; otherwise a user seat would have to be used for the account, which isn't helpful.

Box Web App Clicking on Files
I've noticed with the recent update to the web ui, that you can no longer click on a file without box wanting to automatically wanting to open the file. In the past, you had options like download, delete, move, etc... Can an option be added to the admin center to re-enable this option for users? Thanks.

Reports that allow you to see the history of apps added and removed from your account
Currently, there is no way for admin to see what apps users are adding.
Even if an app required by a tenant is set to "Add by default", the admin cannot see when it is removed by a user.We request that the history of apps added and removed from the account be added to the report so that it can be reviewed by the administrator.

Whitelist domains on External Collab folders
We want the ability to be able to whitelist a domain on a specific folder for users for users of a business, within our External Collaboration folder which we use for our clients. EG, if the folder is to be collaborated with by our client "Acme", eg then:
FOLDER: External Collaboration > Customer > ACME
ACME Folder: Whitelist domain acme.com

Admin aggregate account-wide trash folder
It would be helpful to have access to an aggregate Trash folder for the entire account such that finding recently deleted items is as easy as browsing to that folder and sorting by date deleted.

Approval Task With Box Relay Enhancements
When allocating approval tasks in Box Relay, users are able to uncheck the "Invite the person in charge as a viewer" function.
